The key to avoiding the hectic lines is to come early in the morning and you have the whole store to yourself. Please I love me some peace and quite, the only thing you can hear is music in the store.

Another visit to Albertsons.....Rancho....different area but same fantastic shopping experience!!! Clean,stocked and great helpful staff. X ❤ Would recommend.

Just wanted to give the woman working the florist counter on Aug 29th a shout out for this beautiful bouquet she put together for me, Wish i caught her name. Excellent customer service and beautiful job. Thank you!

I went to the floral department today to just buy flowers for my friends birthday. Mo helped me and went above and beyond my expectations with the most well put together flower arrangement. She suggested balloons, a candle, gift card and candy. I loved her customer service and her wonderful attitude ❤ Thank you Mo, you are the best!

Best grocery store EVER!
I have never seen a better grocery store than this Albertsons.

I have been shopping at this location for years. Management is very good everything has a place, also very responsive to input.. Good grocery store..... Pickup and go works really good 👍

This Albertsons is fully stocked with everything I want and more! The fried chicken is outstanding and the butcher shop is clean and inviting.

Making this review for Justin. I wanted to let you know Superman did stay grounded and did not fly. Thanks for the laugh and you actually helped my friend and she had nothing but good things to say about you. Your awesome!!

Not my regular grocery store but I was on a futile hunt for frozen hash browns, frozen. A very nice employee showed me the hiding place of some that aren't frozen. I never would have found them on my own. Thanks so much to that nice young man! I hope he'll see this and know how much I appreciate him!!

This store wow very clean and you can almost find everything you need they open early so you can shop and take your time. Best time are early. Everything is so organized and well kept neat. The cashier was very nice

I used to live on the East Coast in Delaware and our Albertsons are called Safeway.
I've always liked these stores because you can find basically anything you're looking for. I would say the only thing I miss from the East Coast that the West Coast does not have, is Turkey Hill ice cream which is sort of like soft serve in a half gallon container.
But I have found ice cream sandwiches I have never seen before maybe because I've never really looked but I think the ice cream sandwiches are called fat boy Juniors and they are pretty darn good.
Anyway..
I also like how Albertsons has an app that you're able to clip coupons and they automatically apply at the register when you enter your phone number associated with your account.
Especially in these times when everybody is trying to pinch pennies as much as possible every coupon helps.
I also like that after so many points you earn free food items, I mean who wouldn't be excited to get free food!

Best produce in town. Super stock. You can get anything here. Great prepackaged cut fruit and vegies

I came squealing into the parking lot at 10:58 right as they were closing the doors and I begged the worker doing so to please let me run in and grab the one item I needed. He absolutely did not have to do that, and I'm sure I made him work later because of it. I sprinted in and grabbed my item and sprinted to the cash register and both the original worker and a register worker both told me that I really did not to need to run and that everything was okay. They were way nicer than I would have been. I've been to this Albertsons countless times and had flawless experiences during every visit, but I felt the need to leave a review after this one. I know how annoying it can be when someone shows up right before closing. They did not need to let me in, and were very nice about the selfish time at which I arrived. I wish I could have tipped them. They stopped my own inability to manage my time from ruining my night. I can't thank them enough, I really wish I got their names. But they were working closing on March 27th. Please let them know how much of a difference they made to me.

I placed an order to pick up this evening at 5 PM. Food was fresh, on time and the gentleman was friendly. please don’t forget to be kind and friendly like this young man. It does make a difference.

Alberts is always great. Good service with smiley faces. Had a special order and served just as requested. It's our weekly taco fix.

The service here is always amazing! The employees are amazingly helpful, friendly, and efficient. The employees, no matter what age, provide impeccable service every time and are a delight to talk to. The fried chicken, potato wedges, and coleslaw are great (waaay cheaper than KFC, which is in the same shopping area), and the bakery's goods are DELICIOUS! I recommend the sugar cookies and cake donuts. Actually, everything is good. The store is always very clean and orderly as well, and it's very easy to find what you need.

Update 4/29/20: I wrote this review three years ago and it still stands! Every single shopping experience here is a great one. VERY friendly and VERY efficient staff at every step of the way! Luis today was a very thoughtful cashier who organized my groceries excellently. I know it sounds weird to say that!

I love this location! This location is also one of my mom's favorite.Their selection of items is amazing! Customer service is great although when my mom went to the bakery to get a fresh loaf of French bread, the woman was very rude and mean to her. My mom asked her for a fresh loaf and the woman said they were fresh when they were not(between 4-7 the bread is made fresh) Then the woman told my mom to hold on(as if she was getting her a fresh loaf), my mom waited there for 10 minutes and the woman never helped her. Mom never received a fresh loaf of bread. My mom never goes and tells a manager anything but this time she did. She felt really mistreated. I don't blame her.

Best location I've been too in a while. The layout, the available items, the cleanliness is great! Will definitely return - and I live in La Mesa.
