I went into the store to get information about switching over and the male rep that was there helped me out with that. He gave great customer service and explained to me all the plans cricket has to offer and also explained to me about the phone payment plan they have to offer.

Went in today and wanted to port 4 lines. The manager did everything in his power to get me the best deal he could. He matched the Mall's discounts AND he also got me FREE screen protectors for all my phones. Extremely happy with the managers due diligence. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome deal!! Yesterday I went in porting my line from att, I wanted the phone payment plan. The guy there helped me with everything, and made sure I got everything for my new Galaxy S9! I like how they knew their stuff! Friendly and courteous too! I tried the other cricket stores in town, but the girls there were not very knowledgeable. Super happy with this location!

I don't know what the previous comments are about, but I went there and the staff were friendly and kind. I liked the Variety of cases they had for my phone. I would absolutely go back there.
