Very helpful staff. Bought my laptop here. It’s good to support these local brick and mortars, instead of letting Amazon take over the entire marketplace with their 5% savings! Please, shop local when you can.

These youngins were very nice here. A lot of times, young employees don't take their jobs seriously. But they were respectful, professional, and kind.

I came to pick up an item that I purchased online. There weren't many customers, and the process was a breeze.

Love the staff, greeted me and asked me if I needed help the moment I walked in. Very professional. Employee named hui was very helpful during my online pickup and showed me how to connect my new laptop to printer.

The new location is a lot smaller than before but fortunately for me, they still had the obscure item I needed to pick up! (Camera lens cleaning kit) They had a well marked layout and lots of tech set up well.

The cashier was really cool and good at their job for being newly hired as they said. I would recommend this store and would definitely go by again when I need too.

Went to get computer fixed, ended up buying new one. Ours was 5 years old and a real dinosaur. No, really, it was good advice. Love the new one.

I love the professionalism at the store with all the associates. When we entered the store, we were greeted with a smile and the associate knew already that we had an appointment with the Geek Squad. We never seen him before. The associate at the Geek Squad was awesome. She explained down to the details, what was done to our computer. I Love our Merced Best Buy store.

We came in about 5 minutes to close not realizing the time. They were really polite at the door and asked if we were looking for anything specific which we were. They then mentioned that they were closed but would grab it for us so we could check out and leave. It was really nice of them since they could have just turned us around at the door! Very thankful to the team and I will have to be more mindful of closing times!

Went in today to get a replacement for my daughter's Dell laptop charger. The person who helped us, Dawn, helped us find the price that was not only within our budget but quite a bit below our budgetary guidelines. She was so helpful and she just was amazingly friendly and helpful, and I know that uses helpful twice but I don't care cuz that's how helpful she was three times, that I just can't recommend her enough!!

So, to Dawn the amazing person at Best Buy, YOU MADE OUR DAY! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!

Love this place. Clean friendly good English. And they listen to what you are wanting. Good pricing . I am kind of a Karen(I like them a very specific way but I also tip well ) when it comes to my nails and these ladies are great . They even get my tore up man hands looking decent . Not the best pics sorry.

We had an urgent need for one ssd card but it was midnight and everything was closed. We ordered it for pick up and 10 minutes after opening the order was ready for us to pick it up. Thank you for making this easy for us! 👏👏👏👏

Went in for tabletop computer. Jaxon was great in helping me get my purchase completed. He was informative about the difference in computer description and details to make my purchase easy and harmless. I appreciate that Jaxon was not too over talkative about the computers. Great prices and abundance of items. Best buy is now a great store to shop for electronics. Great location. Shared with planet fitness parking lot.

Went for a quick run to get an HDMI adapter and saw one for like 40 dollars. A nice sale associate named Will came on over and asked if I needed anything. Told him I was on a budget and he immediately understood. Helped me find my adapter (even open box) and I got it at 5 bucks! What a great guy! He deserves a raise, super nice and attentive. The rest of the staff was really helpful, got asked twice after Will if I needed anything. Awesome place!

I didn't even know they had a best buy in Merced, I'm from Turlock. It's a small store but they have a lot of stock. I walked in and was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. I was there for a TV and they sent somebody straight out to me that was friendly and answered all my questions. Great experience for me.

Geek Squad is knowledgable and doesn't rake you over the coals. Replaced 5 IPhone mobile phones for having software issues.
