Chris provided excellent customer service. He was extremely patient and took his time to resolve some issues while setting up a new phone.

A T-Mobile customer for many years and this is my favorite location. Helpful staff. It took awhile, but it was the fault of the customer service care line on the phone, the manager was on hold forever just to get a line added to my account. However she answered all my questions and she is bilingual so she thoroughly explained everything to myself and my husband so we felt like we had all the information about the different plans available. Thank you.

On Thursday 5/25/23 I had to go into the T-Mobile store in Mason because I had an issue getting some info from my phone. The clerk named Tristen was so wonderful to help me resolve my issue. He was so knowledgeable and took time to help me.

Brendan and Ethan were fantastic- super thorough, helpful and transparent about what to expect on fees and bill. Definitely a better experience than I’ve had with a cell provider in a while.

I have been there 2 times in the past month, both times the T-mobile representatives were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind! A major difference compared to the 3 cellphone carriers I’ve been with in the past 34 years. I have been with T-mobile for the past 2+ years.

Wow, just wow! We have dreaded replacing our phones and the hassel that usually comes with it. Adam was AMAZING and made the whole process super easy. He was so great to work with and I'm pretty happy to have found a carrier that has great customer service. We were there a while as data was transferring and several people came in for help and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos!

The whole staff here was first class! Brian helped with a new phone and switched my old phone over. He advised me to come back next day with a old phone to get all my info back. Bianca manager has always been helpful. In modern day customer service that is lacking I was impressed. Thanks T mobile Mason Ohio!

Was extremely pleased with my recent experience here. Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful. They helped me order my new phone and after I received it, I brought it in and they did everything for me...put on screen protector, transferred data, helped me with promotions, answered any questions about my plan. Everything was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this T-mobile store. Thanks!

They where very helpful in replacing my sim card

Great service...solved a complex issue with multiple phones and accounts...Ethan Caudill (retail associate mgr) ... cut thru the red tape and expedited a quick resolution while saving $1000 in yearly expenses while training new rookie. Will be back in early 2023 to pick up my new free android N300! Cheers...ziggy

This store is exceptional - very friendly, knowledgeable and professional team. I had some technically complicated situation, which was easily and time-wisely resolved by store manager Brittany. I greatly appreciate the time and efforts put into solving that. Thank you, guys!

We went here to get switched over to the two lines for $55 plan and Everett couldn't have been more knowledgeable or professional . He truly made the whole experience a good one thank you again.

Richard and Brittany are amazing! They stayed late to help us switch our service from Verizon. Both of them have an in-depth knowledge of their services, promos and products. The switch was easy and it was all thanks to them!
