This location rocks! Chasity made the shipping experience dreamy! So helpful, fast and friendly. All the other UPS stores in Cincinnati should come here for training, they do it right!

I had to return a package to my office headquarters this morning and was unsure of the process. Luckily for me I had Lexie at the Mason location there to help me through the process! She handed the whole transaction with ease and couldn't have been nicer about helping me with everything I needed to do. She had me in and out of the store in a flash and made sure I had all the paperwork for proof of shipment, and was an extremely helpful and nice employee.

This little gem of a UPS store is nestled in-between a Boot Barn and Lowe’s but get the highest rating because of the personality and welcoming faces of the staff. I do all my shopping, Amazon returns, and any postal needs through this store if I can solely because of the staff. Know that they are a valued part of the community near this location.

Madalyn. Pure and simple. I had to drop off a return to Amazon and Madalyn was kind, industrious, inventive, knowledgeable and humorous. Could NOT have been more kind. I could not find my QR Code anywhere and we couldn’t find it on Amazon either but Madalyn didn’t give up… she called her boss and problem SOLVED in literally 7 seconds or less!!!!! I was AMAZED! Kudos to the boss as well! Thank you for a great experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I need to ship something or use ANY of your services. Thank you Madalyn!!!!

I had a very positive experience at this UPS store. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they helped me with packaging materials when I needed them. It was a pleasant and stress-free visit, different from my usual experiences with UPS.

Very cordial and efficient. They are on top of their game. It took me two minutes flat in and out to return two Amazon items. And the store was full of people. Kudos UPS store!

I live in Kentucky, and when i come to Ohio to visit i save my amazon packages and return them to this store. Such nice people, im not sure if ladys name maybe Cassidy but she was so helpful and def needs some recognition.

This was my first time visiting a UPS store in Ohio, and this is certainly the only UPS store here I will be visiting! I initially chose to visit this store because it had a 17% higher rating on Apple Maps than the Loveland location, and now I can see why! Willow greeted me so cheerfully and propped the door open when she saw the big boxes I had to bring in. Chastity helped me with labels and was so quick, professional, and kind. Thank you both for being so helpful and sweet. This location is AWESOME!!

I've frequented this UPS store since I moved to Mason 6 years ago.

I do all my Amazon returns, UPS returns and shipping there. I also recently opened a business mailbox there. I use them for all my family's and business needs.

Chasity, Jeronica, Lexi, Pat and the rest of the team have been nothing but helpful, kind and professional. Service is always top-notch.

I was able to get in and out in under a minute. I had a lot of tasks that day so that and the friendly greeting made this a pleasant and phenomenal experience.
