Autozone in Joliet was a great experience. The lady that help me resolve my issue with me getting the wrong brake pads and rotors for my 2020 subaru wrx help out alot. I recommend this autozone for all to come here when having issue. Customer service here was fantastic. Keep it up. Thank you so much.

These guys are great. I needed them to grab something out of my trunk it was too heavy for me. Nice to see young gentleman these days. My car battery died and Zach showed me the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever received. He was really nice and very knowledgeable. He even helped me pick out which tools I would need to change the battery. I would definitely continue to go to this AutoZone because of him.

Great service! I came because my battery light came on. Doug came out to check what was wrong with my car and it tuned out it was my alternator. Showed me what I needed and got one for a great price. Will definitely come here again.

As someone who is not well versed in cars, I’ve never had a more understanding staff who were as helpful, knowledgeable, or simply pleasant as the staff here!

I went to get a headlight for my 2008 Mazda6 I sport. The girl working there helped me put it in!!! Awesome customer service!!! Only wish I had more money to give a bigger tip!!! It was not so easy and Thank God she had smaller hands than I do!! And it was Freezing out! So a Giant Thank you to the girl that helped me!!!!!

I had such a great experience here at auto zone but Alfredo was the one that went above and beyond to help me and even put in my battery. If you have any issues ask for Alfredo! Honestly the best, friendliest, and most helpful!

My car died. I received a jump and it started. I went to Chevrolet who wanted to charge $140 plus just for a diagnostic test. Instead, I went to Auto Zone. Two women assisted me. They were more helpful than the dealership I got my car from. The diagnostic test Auto Zone ran let me know it was not my battery, alternator, or starter. I wish I remember their names. One thing for sure, whenever I need something for my car this is the Auto Zone I am going to. Thank you Autozone and thanks to the women who helped me today.

I have been to this store a number of times and have had good experiences. The employees are always very helpful, parts are in stock, prices are reasonable, and there are often good sales. I haven't bought big parts like brakes or rotors but I have bought lights, oil, filters, wipers, and small parts that I can fix myself and haven't had any problems. They have a large selection and I will certainly shop there again.

Had an great experience today. My step father who doesn't speak English needed a new battery for his car. Jessie who assisted us was very patient and helpful as I had to translate back and forth with my step father so we can determine which car battery to buy. Thanks Jessie for your help and superb customer service!

Guy named Juan helped me out. Got new wiper blades and air filter for car. Juan looked up the parts on the computer and grabbed the air filter for me while I got the wiper blades. He hooked me up with a gallon of wiper fluid for free and even put the blades on for free as well. Great customer service , I will definitely be back.

I needed a battery. Even though it is was very cold outside, the guys didn't flinch, they happily replaced my battery and gave me $18.00 for my old battery!

The group acted like a team and got the job done.

I bought new wipers and they were installed for me by a very nice employee. He came outside with me to look at my car and then showed me my options. He suggested the ones he likes to use so I went with those. After he installed them for me, he even added wiper fluid to my car. So nice!!

Hey guys its martin with all the mercedes i love the store an the staff the manager eli is cool but the person i usually aways go to when i want to buy sumthing would be robby he goes the extry mile to aways. Make sure i have what i need or i got the best price. He is funny too. If you dont know who these 2 are your missing out

I went to AutoZone and employee Cruz welcomed me and asked how he could help. I told him my problem and he was very professional with helping me.
