I came to buy a use MacBook from TEKDEP, instantly when I walked in I got a big welcoming from David, showed me around the store and showed me the deals and even gave me and free bag for my new computer, helped me set up everything for the computer.The computers are all in great condition even tho they were used. Amazing customer service. Would definitely come back.

This place is so great! They’re very knowledgeable and super friendly too. We bought a refurbished laptop for our daughter and it’s like new. We feel like this computer shop really filled the void in our community… we needed them!

This place was awesome and all the employees were super helpful and super supportive. David, the Team Leader helped my fiancé and I helped us find a good laptop for our niece. He was very helpful and stayed an extra hour to helped us. He did an awesome job.

This place is great! Found a computer at such a great price! They are friendly and they don’t try and push you or make you get something you don’t want. They’re honest too about the computer itself .

Was a bit worried but ordered a replacement LCD, with back panel, bezel, webcam, etc all in one unit. It arrived in 7 days, well packaged, clean, well sealed and prepared.
Installed and it worked right off the bat, everything was fantastic!
Barely could tell the difference vs. a new one. Very happy with this site.

I broke my Samsung S9 Ultra tablet screen and bought the OEM screen from Tek Dep and had it installed by them as well. The service and knowledge they have is amazing, they fixed my tablet the same day. The tablet was 100% new once I got it back, it was as if it was never broken. Friendly and knowledgeable staff 10/10 would recommend.

I got two s10+ batteries replaced and an iPhone 12 pro max back glass replaced. They had quick turn around times and great communication. I am very satisfied with my repairs and will be back if I need anymore phone repairs!

I had an all around great experience with TEKDEP. I had glass repaired on an iPhone 15 and the customer service was excellent and the staff was knowledgeable. I would definitely go back however, I hope there won’t be a need! lol. I definitely recommend their services.

This store was the only store that was open pretty early in the morning so I stopped by because I needed a new MacBook immediately due to my computer being destroyed. There was a huge variety and selection of computers, processors in hard drives, and anything else you can think of. I purchased a used MacBook Air at a great price and the service was quick. The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable. I 1000% recommend.

My friend sent me a YouTube video on how to change the battery 🔋 on the MacBook Pro 2015 and after realizing that it wasn’t an easy job and that I could do some damage I decided to do the service with them.

I drove from Culver City and without any appointments they could take care of me in less than 1 hour they finished the job but usually it is a couple of hours but they were nice to do it fast because I came from Culver City and I definitely recommend them and would comeback if I need.

They gave me 1 year warranty for the service.
