It was time for new boots and they happened to have these wolverine soft toe journeyman 6" in my size that they hadn't sold. He sold them to Me for less than they are on the internet. Very happy with my boots.

Have bought many boots from RJ over the years even when it was under a different brand. Customer service has always been excellent. Selection is great. Thanks for being a dependable business in the community. I’ve lowered my expectations for customer service at most places lately. RJs is not that place. They do not disappoint, thank you!

Hands down the best boot buying experience. I urgently need steel toe boots for my new job. Arrived at closing time and they were patient, helpful and tried a few boots without being rushed. I went with Thorogood. They even gave me a discount for being a union member. This is also where I get my Obenauf’s leather protector. I didn’t get their names but these guys r the best.

Fire season is here!! Needed Fire Boots asap and this was the only place that had any available. They have the classic from Whites the “SMOKEJUMPERS” but I wanted to try something different and went with Danner. These guys were great, they each had some input on helping me make my decision, I had to try on three different sizes and the representative didn’t show one ounce of annoyance and was really helpful. Also, don’t forget your “Fire Resistant Laces.” This will be my go to boot shop from now on. A+++

Happened to be driving by and decided to check out this store. So happy I did because they had a huge selection and excellent customer service. Picked up a new pair of work boots and will continue to shop here.

Do buy your boots here. I came in looking for a pair of fire boots and walked out with a pair of Nicks that fit very well, thanks to the excellent customer service. I was presented with a carefully chosen selection of options to try. The staff were very knowledgable, and took the trouble to find answers to questions which they couldn't answer immediately. I will shop here again, and so should you.

Came in today for the first time ever... I experienced great service from the second I opened the door... The man who helped me pick out my boots (Thorogoods) was very helpful and friendly. Great service, quality and prices! Since I am a union worker I was given a Union discount which was a icing on the cake! Will definitely be back in the future... Thanks!!

Visited Work Boot Warehouse 2 days ago for the first time and I must say I was impressed with their customer service and knowledge. I appreciate the fact that they listen to your needs and wants and make recommendations accordingly. They don't 'upsell' or use any other gimmicks for the sole purpose of a sale. I will return in the future. It may be 45 minutes from where I live but definitely worth the drive.

The place is super small, but with a super friendly staff. I came in late in the afternoon to get some work mandated safety toe boots, I walked away with one of the most comfortable moc toe boots ever. I forgot the employees name, but he was very courteous, helpful, made great suggestions and helped me choose the near perfect boots for me. I choose this place over the North Hollywood location any day. I'll be bringing my business here from now on. Great job guys👍🏼👌🏼

The best boot shop in SCV, hands down. Great staff, excellent selection, competitive prices, and a locally owned small business. Great website too, easy to use and peruse. I need new work boots every year and have size 14 so tough to find at the corporate places, RJ carries that size in any style that makes them! Recommended!

Came in a few weeks ago to buy some workboots. I tried on as many as I needed and they were very helpful and patient. Fantastic customer service and pricing was reasonable. I have a Boot Barn on my end of town and won't be going back there for future boot needs. Everyone in SCV and near by should be going here. Best place for boots. Period.

Very welcoming staff. Just went there and got 2 pairs of boots at a very good price. He also threw in 2 packs of socks and boot guards on the house. If you're around the area this is the place to go!

Great guys running a great boot store. Free parking and no pressure sales from Ryan who helped me get exactly what I needed. All my options were brought to me with his recommendations. I found the perfect safety boot for my job and climate. Their prices are comparable to Amazon, in my case, so shopping local was a no brainer.

Ive been going to the boot warehouse for 4 yrs, today is the best inventory ive seen . 2 pairs of leather boots under 200$ ( dont know thats the norm) but i garuntee youll walk out happy with purchace and price. Top of the line staff, Rebecca is cute, friendly, and esger to make sure you find what you want. Hands down the staff are courteous able and friendly. Love this place

Nice selection and great customer service

I bought a pair of boots for my husband recently and he was very grateful because they were long over due. He was so thrilled they feel great and they have steel toe and the color was a darker than the normal buckskin which he also appreciated because according to him they last longer

This was a great place. Bit smaller than I expected but the service was top notch. They worked with me to find a boot that fit my requirements and could pass as a dress. Shoe (I have an Office job, not construction.) so far the boot is working out. Definitely will come back here when I need new Boots.

Staff goes out of their way to make sure you like every aspect of your boot. They will order anything you request with no out of pocket cost to you if you don't like it. Will definitely come back when I need a new pair.
