T-Mobile

Stopped in on 4-5-24 with an operational question for my S22 Android phone. This is the third store I visited. The first two wouldn't even touch my phone. I was promptly greeted by a professional young lady. My issue was resolved in one minute. Thank you!

They were so nice and helpful especially Mark. I had to exchange my router and Mark took the time to set it up with me in the store so all I had to do is take it home and plug it in. Highly recommend.

Dan and Edwin the managers are really great! They helped me resolve a billing issue swiftly!

Absolutely the best experience I ever had purchasing phones. The sales representative Megan was knowledgeable, professional, and just a very friendly person. She set me up with excatly what I went in there for and more! It was a breath of fresh air to find a younger person with such a strong work ethic. T-mobile is extremely lucky to have her. This store is awesome. I've always been able to find the phones I want in stocks and the guys are great. Chris has helped me on more than one occasion and this last time, he spent hours on helping me when the T-mobile system and customer service line caused me to have issues. He even handled everything before I had to go back into the store to save my time and frustration. If you have to deal with a Tmobile issue, this is the one place to go.

T-Mobile customer service call center messed up my account bad. I had to walk in a store to fix the problem. Scott was a great great help. He recovered my account in a short time and gave me a very good deal. You saved my day. Thank you for your help Scott.

I LOVE this branch of TMobile! They are SUPER helpful. They are great at offering me promotions I wasn't even aware of. They go out of their way to make sure I get the best service! I am so thankful and happy with this store.

This is definitely the T-Mobile store location for our needs. Dan is our man!! We started w/ cellular services a couple of years ago then recently added internet. And we’re extremely pleased! Highly recommend & ask for Dan! He gets it done for you!!!

They gave my wife and I (retired), two free Google,6a Android 13 phones for free!
They helped us get them setup and downloaded our images and contacts to our new phones! Highly recommend!

The fiancée and I were having problems with our phone. And did not want to go back to the Willoughby store (stay away). So after reading some reviews about this store we took a chance. OMG. Vinny is the man. Asked questions to make sure we picked a phone we would be happy with. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Made us even more happy we stopped and Vinny engaged in conversation made us feel like he knew us. I must say we our very happy with our LG V60 . please make sure you acknowledge him. And if anyone wants to be treated right make sure you go to Mentor and see Vinny or the rest of the team who also was very friendly. Thank you.

I have to say Scott was amazing great customer service went above and beyond to resolve issues that I was having with mobile service and more . Thank you for being patient and kind and getting the issue resolved so quickly!

I came to t mobile in search of a new phone company. Scott sat down and helped us battle Att to get our phones transferred over. Att had our bill and account so messed up. Our experience thus far with T mobile exceeds Att on so many levels! When I call T-Mobile I am connected to a call center in Georgia! Just the fact that the calls are not out sourced make it all worth it!

Excellent staff got me hooked up with an excellent cell phone, service, and all of the deals.
Spectrum Mobile should be labeled America’s worst cell phone company.

BEST SERVICE EVERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! All the ladies and gentlemen there are knowledgeable and professional. They have all the answers to any questions. I have been working with them for 5 years and they have never let me down. Going back today to pick up a WiFi Hotspot machine to use until my Cable gets hooked up. I know they will be ready to help!
