Nick was very helpful. I was transferring from another carrier and he made the process very pleasant.

Employees worked hard to get my account transfered from Metro and went the extra mile needed complete the job. Had a issue a day later with the account had to pay a fee. Received a call from the district manager later to apologize for the mix up and make sure I receive a refund. I'm glad that Cricket manager Nick made a personal call to inform me that he'd been working to correct the error and apologize. It great too know a company cares about it customers!
