Nice selection of art supplies compared to other nearby craft store. Waiting to checkout can often be long and tedious, but we checked out quickly today.

I called ahead to see if I could bring my dog along with me to grab some supplies for my wedding invitations. They had no issue with her coming along, as long as she was well behaved. Awesome time, and it was easy to spend a few hours in there just looking at everything. Friendly staff.

Love this place. I typically shop Michael’s for frames. I need to go back to buy items for sewing projects. This place is very organized and it helps when shopping

This is a very well managed Michaels. They keep things in the right place and keep process labeled properly. The employees are friendly and helpful.
Super important: this store is reliably cheaper than Amazon for nearly everything, especially painting supplies and Cricket supplies.

Great sale prices. Fun finds. Remember to check for coupons...then the savings can really start to stack up. I had a helpful floor associate and also an informative cashier that explained how the MICHAELS APP is a "must" going forward. I've already earned bonus dollars and have a coupon in the app that I have not seen on line.

I love. shopping here. Almost everything I need I can find. A little bit pricey but the rewards help ease the financial strain

Well stocked, clean, organized, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The cashier even told us about a sale price for the frame we were buying that we didn't know about.

Great customer service! Can't say enough about it. Last week I was told late one night that needed to get somthing for my daughter for school. I called and found out it was 10 minutes to closing and I was 15 minutes away. Manager stayed late and was very helpful, even though it was after hours.

The store has been around for a long time in this location good service and well stocked.

Awesome staff... I got bewildered by all the artsy fartsy stuff and just wanted pencils and a sketchpad...I asked and they told me where to find what I wanted. On a side note if you go to their website you can get great deals, they scanned a 70 percent off coupon from my phone.

This place is more specific in some points compared to hobby lobby. Not as big but definitely great for good deals

The new Scott Brothers line of picture frames are gorgeous and the framer did an awesome job matting and framing a 1989 photo of the Berlin Wall coming down -- turned a b/w poster into a work of art. And a coupon saved me 70%!

In this store I am like a kid in candy bar. Variety of items and store's peaceful arrangement urge me to browse more.
I mostly visit Michaels leesburg but this and sterling's, both are so good.

When I come inside and I found everything I will need it.
I feel very satisfied.

Fairly typical Michaels. Good stock, spacious. Quite a few items on sale.
