The store is always well stocked and clean, as well as organized. This makes it easy to locate the brand or the type of footwear you want to purchase. I prefer ASICS brand, since this brand has wide widths for slender feet. I have frequented this store since they have been in this plaza. The rewards program is great and the specials are awesome. The store has many brands for all your athletic needs. Highly recommend this store.

Always good customer service and understanding. We bought 2 pairs of snickers here for my son and 1 pair never worn ended up just sitting in his closet. He outgrew them and I decided to try to return them for in store credit if possible. Even the time was well out return period and I didn't save a receipt so wasn't expecting anything, just a try. To my good surprise Shoe Carnival refunded me the full amount back to credit card I used to pay for.
My son also needed a new pair of shoes so we ended up buying one during that visit.
On my grade scale I removed 0.5 points because we would love to see more variety of wide, extra wide shoe sizes for boys.

Love this store, have four kids and you can't go wrong with their selections and prices , my wife even loves it for quick last minute purchase.

Store representatives are very good at assisting your needs. At times they may not have your shoe size but are willing to order or find something similar for you. Store is quite clean as well and they have great deals constantly.

Great shopping experience. Helpful staff and a very quick checkout! Also found shoes here for less than the same brand/style online. Definitely worth a stop in if youre looking for a new pair of shoes.

This is definitely a great Shoe Carnival Store. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. The store has far better customer service than the Shoe Carnival in Altamonte Springs Mall. Great employees at this location. I ordered online and picked my shoes up in store. Very easy process.

Great location & selections for all, came in with my daughter to exchange a pair of vans for my son to a bigger size. Mike helped us right away as well as walking us to where the shoes are, then proceeded to help me find the size I needed for my son right away, friendly & always professional. Big thanks!

Great customer service! 👍 My husband got a defective pair of Skechers. Skechers advised me to try returning them to the place of purchase. I figured that I would have a battle on my hands, but pleasantly surprised I was told to bring them in for a replacement. They even confirmed that what we needed was in stock. My husband swung by ran in and was out in 5 minutes with his new pair of shoes! This kind of service will make me a loyal Shoe Carnival customer!

We have started shopping here with two kids that constantly are growing, I can't beat the BOGO 50% off deals. I've even had to exchange shoes because my kids feet have grown since the original pair was purchased and the staff are very friendly and helpful every time! Thank you!

I've never been there before but their prices are right and the customer service skills were great. Could be because they're all young. I can see myself visiting that store in the near future.😊
