My favorite store ! Some very long term and knowledgeable employees to help your project go smoothly and when it doesn't they know how to get fixed properly. The paint staff is top notch and will go above and beyond to help paint match situations

Had to come on here to give a huge shout out to Leah! She helped me find exactly what we needed, and attended me at check-out and had such a great attitude and positive way about her. She made it a 5-star experience for me!

My husband and I needed to rent a tool but they were out. Ruben, Jeff, and Diane however called up a few locations and were able to locate the tool at another location. They were friendly and extremely helpful and eager to help; best home depot experience there!

I didn’t get a receipt because I did an exchange— but Maria from customer service was amazing. Sweet sweet lady who helped us without any struggle. A precious smile too! I would’ve loved to fill out a survey online but I don’t have a receipt and it wouldn’t let me complete it without a code.

This home Depot is the best. I walked out of here three minutes ago (10:18pm) which means I checked out at 10:15. I was in an aisle looking for a specific size nut and the associate who runs the self-checkout registers just waited patiently while I found the for nuts that I was looking for.
Don't get me wrong. I love the smaller stores like Ace and some of the other mom-and-pop hardware stores a little further out but home Depot has so many services that they can provide it's insane.
I work as the facility manager for the city of Oviedo and we shopped nowhere else except for Oviedo and then their pro institutional website as well. I order something online and it's usually at my doorstep in my office the next day unless it's a special order.
If you work in the city of Oviedo I highly recommend that you get a pro card with them. There are too many perks to miss out on.
Of course this is just my humble opinion and yes everybody has had a bad experience at a big-box store but this one is always gone out of their way to make it right. The best part about shopping late is the empty parking lots and I don't have to look for a cart

This morning I needed some help in getting a battery/window alarm kit by Defiant , so I was assisted by an employee name Aries young man , he proceeded in finding the product and then I explained that in the new location I'm moving in Ocala on a short rental I will need some cameras without Wifi , so he then showed me this product by Wyze Cam OG and he explained in detail this will run thru an app on your phone without wifi I looked at it and said give me 2 of them for the price you can't beat it and also he helped me in the storage section. I was very happy to find an associate at Home Depot that was willing to give the customer A+ customer service. Thank you again Aries may your future be a bright one.

All the employees were great and helpful sorry there's isn't more to say i was just there for 20min but well be going back again if i need any equipments for sure.

Always a reason to stop at Home Depot. Now we have an additional seating area in our side patio with these nice blue chairs for a great price. Added some pebbles to the other patio but no pictures since leaves have been blowing non stop and they are getting covered! Never disappoints.

Joey was all by himself in the paint department, was totally swamped, and was absolutely crushing it! Havent seen anyone work this hard at a Home Depot in a long time!

Steve “the handy guy” is an incredible asset to this company. He went above and beyond helping me with my marine plastic board. Down to helping size it for me. This is some of the best customer service that I have received in a while. Thank you, Steve!

Fantastic employees, very helpful staff helped me purchase some halloween items before they were even out of the boxes. They were very pleasant to work with and even got a pallet down from the top shelf for me. 10/10 humans :)

I wanted to express my gratitude to an associate named Zasia who helped me with a product that was out of my reach to get myself. While searching for an associate, many of them were busy. From afar, Zasia spotted me while headed to a task to ask if I needed help. She did everything respectfully and safely to assist me, and I'm so thankful for that.

Found this smaller Refrigerator today at Home Depot. I think it'd be perfect for smaller places like my laundry room or out on the Lanai! They have another one about this size that can be switched from a all refrigerator to all freezer mode with the flick of a switch and a little defrosting.

Went for Christmas tree and scored!! Big, bold and beautiful. Best looking tree for $70. Best tree in years

Employees go above and beyond to look and make sure they look everywhere even when it says “one more in stock” this has become my go to location.

I know democracies have disagreements but you are out of your mind if you think any home Depot location deserves less than 4 stars minimum.

Always a great experience with the staff here and the products. Huge selection as expected from such a huge store. Every time I go here the team working is very pleasant and eager to help.
