Hector in the printing department was awesome. Went to 6 different places trying to get some stuff printed on our pre printed cardstock. No place would do it and I was about to give up. But stopped in here as a last ditch effort. He was willing to do what another same store wasn't! Made it a breeze and came out great. Thanks!

Ordered on-line and product was readily available for pick-up in record time. Everything I use in my business is time-sensitive and that was awesome. Thank you Office DEPOT.

Customer service at this store is on point. Today, Adelsie helped me navigate their online business card ordering and was super cordial the entire time. A while back, Christopher (I think is his name) offered me a bag as I was leaving their self-printing area, to keep my papers dry from the rain.

Always friendly people and prices as good as anyone else. Also they give money for old ink cartridge.

Like the grocery store ad, for my visit to this Office Max they can rightfully brag “where shopping is a pleasure”. I went there looking for a specific item and was impressed by the assortment and selection! You could buy several brands in various amounts, all of which I thought were high priced for what they were. Then, to my surprise, at the very end of the aisle I found a box that was very reasonably priced. I took it to the register, but when the clerk rang it up, whoa! double what I’d calculated! Turns out the item was mis-labeled at a price less than half the correct amount. Nevertheless, Office Max honored the shelf price, and with NO hassle. Awesome staff, great selection for good quality merch (though pricey), a bright, clean store in a good location. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Amazing customer service. I mistakenly held them 30 minutes after closing time (still extremely apologetic) and the three ladies who stayed after definitely deserve a raise. They did what I asked for (and more) and even a half hour after closing there wasn't any hint of them attempting to rush me. Not to mention the friendly guy who greeted me when I came in. Sadly I don't remember names, but impressed and very thankful nonetheless

I had to make 25 copies of a 20-page presentation. I was used to having them do it but was told I'd have to pick it up the next day. Not possible!
Instead, I used the copier that Office Depot supplies and started making my own copies. When the machine said "hole punch needs to be emptied" and later, "more paper needed" the cashier came over right away and resolved both issues. Fast service and from now on, I'll be able to make my own copies!

Was in the market for a new laptop,so I stopped by to browse. First I will say that I was immediately asked if I needed help in which I replied,"not just yet" and they let me check things out without being over my shoulder and bothering me. When I was ready for help the Tech was there ready to go. I caught them while they were having a sale,so the prices were outstanding. What really was the best part of my experience was the Sr Tech, Gage Talley. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure or trying to upsale with Gage. He showed me all the pros and cons for each unit I was interested in,along with customer reviews and gave me great info to make my decision. Was kind of just planning on browsing for a bit,but my experience with Gage and the prices I jumped on an awesome deal they had going. Thanks Gage and Office Max for a wonderful visit. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

Very organized and many items available ! We were very pleased upon the extreme cleanliness of the location as well as the help that was provided by the employees . They work diligently to provide for the customers and that is well appreciated . They offer all kinds of services through the printing office and now even offer a similar service to amazon prime if you sign up for the business account! Nice!
