I had an unordinary and complicated issue that I needed resolved. Jessie and the manager were both very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to offer a perfect solution. Extra Praise for Jessie !! She went Absolutely above and beyond and out of her way to help. I could not have been happier with her level of customer service and professionalism. She is what Customer Service is supposed to be. Thank you !

Just wanted let everyone know that Vanessa at AT&T store off Red Bug by the Lowe’s. She was absolutely fabulous. She didn’t rushed me. She took time and helped me open a new account. I felt comfortable and confident with all the information she provided me. She told about the fee and how my first bill would look like. I was very happy. Plus she is making sure we got out military discount.

If you want change your cell phone carrier and you want to go AT&T. You go see Vanessa. She will make the transition nice and simple.

Catalina a representative at the ATT store in Oviedo was wonderful. She explained in great detail all of the trade in specials and options avail to us all the while being very patient. My hope is that she is recognized, valued and receives the appreciation she truly deserves as an asset to your store/team. She truly has wonderful customer service skills.

just left AT&T in Oviedo. purchased a new android phone. Kiara was fantastic! She showed me several phone options and paid close attention to my specific requests. She made sure I had all accessories I needed and transferred my data for me. It was a good experience and I feel like I got a great deal because she found a promotion that worked perfectly!

Kiara was amazing !!! So helpful and so informative on everything AT&T. She got my new phone all set up and even sat with me for hours to back up my previous phone when I forgot too. I recommend everyone to go here and get their phone set up with her! Wish I could give her 10 stars!

Jessie at AT&T on Red Bug was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the in's and out's and was able to explain them perfectly. She even notified me of a discount perk I was previously unaware of! She was delightful and truly helpful throughout my experience and I will definitely look for her next time I need to come in. She truly restored my faith in the fact that superb customer service does still exist!

He was very personable and funny. I walked out with a brand new iPhone and knowledge of what to do with it on my own. This man needs a raise.

Kiara - was literally amazing! I came from another AT&T store where they messed up my order and even cancelled it without notifying me. Kiara was able to process my order correctly, actually explain all the details that the previous store couldn't understand and all with a happy, pleasant attitude! I look forward to working with her again!

Kenya and MJ were amazing! They were knowledgeable, explained everything very well, and we very helpful. I definitely recommend touching base with them if you have questions or need anything.

When I came to the AT&T store, I was taken care of by the manager, Kenia. She did a great job with putting in my screen protector but also checked my bill and added my military discount and brought my bill down tremendously. I will be coming to this AT&T store going forward.
