Heidi Slacum is the best. We used her to to a complete refresh of our HOA clubhouse. Her design and furniture selections were outstanding. Our community is tough to please but Heidi knocked it out of the park.

We have finally fully renovated our condo in Ocean City, MD. Without a question, Heidi Slacum was an indispensable part of my team. She helped me with every step of the process: from selecting the Contractor, to selecting the tiles, flooring, countertops, furniture, and an endless list of other items. Often, I would send her my ideas and/or text her frequently throughout the process. Despite the timing of my questions, Heidi ALWAYS answered promptly and offered her feedback. She advocated for me and helped with communication with the contractor/team. She was also a wonderful intermediary with my family, and would often give us her professional advice on what would be best. I am proud to recommend Heidi! Not only is she an amazing interior design specialist, but a wonderful person as well. Thank you, Heidi!! I could not have done it without you!

I recently purchased a condo in ocean city and was having no luck finding furniture in stock due to the pandemic. Diane at casual designs furniture spent hours with my friend and I helping me to choose the perfect pieces. Almost everything I wanted was in stock and could be shipped to my condo the day I needed it. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The store is full of beautiful coastal furniture and accessories. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Diane!

Absolutely the best place to buy new furnishings. We worked with Heidi and she was wonderful. She listens, has great taste and vision and no pressure sales! She has transformed our home into something we love and still comfortable. She works with Bridget at Designing windows who was wonderful as well to pull the whole look together. The delivery guys are great too. It’s been a wonderful experience start to finish.

My daughter and I went in to look at furniture and the sales ladies were extremely friendly. Very cute store with a variety to choose from, and I felt the items we’re reasonably priced. Heidi helped us out. We purchased a set and she promised everything will be taken care in two weeks when we’re back in town and not to worry. Highly recommend this place!

Spontaneous stop in to look at outdoor furniture. Because of Covid19 restrictions, we remained outside and met with Susie. She was so polite, and helpful. She took the time to price check the items we inquired about. We decided to think about the furniture. We returned the next day, and she met with us to finalize purchase of 2 tall Adirondack trex type chairs. Amazing pieces, and on sale during May! Again, Susie was so nice to talk to ( even with our masks! ) And we can't wait to return to look closer through the showroom. Highly recommend!

I just did some condo work for the owner and WOW she is a incredibly talented interior designer. If your looking for experience Casual Designs is the way to go. I recommend.

Good funiture choices with reasonable pricing. Another high point with this funiture store they give Vet's a 15% discount.
