Mountain Findings

This is a must see shopping experience in Highlands. It is the most upscale thrift store I've ever seen. Prices are incredible; even antique dealers shop there. The inventory always is changing, as there are usually two warehouses offsite full of other stuff that staff will move to the store.

Absolutely wonderful place to shop!! Great selection! Prices do not hurt your wallet. People were very nice, helpful and went out of their way to give me a hand. Going back!!

This is probably one of, if not the best charity thrift shops I have ever visited. All volunteer, I think. Two buildings. One with furniture and home furnishings. The other with smalls. Prices are very reasonable. Merchandise is quality-but what else would you expect in Highlands? The pricers know what they are doing. I only wish they were open year round. They close at the end of October and reopen perhaps March or April. If you are in the area, it would be worth the drive. But be prepared to spend a little time there-you cannot simply go into an area and glance around, then move on. You need to spend time looking and touching. I found two treasures today that were in plain view but were mixed in with perhaps s dozen or so of average items.

A popular local treasure providing many thousands of dollars to local charities. All donated items and completely staffed with loyal volunteers. Adding a new building. You can find just about anything, from toys to vacuums to furnishings of all kinds. Rapid turnover of stock means you could be the first to find a treasure. As a volunteer, I've seen so many happy customers find them, as have I. It feels so good to have contributed by buying something you or a friend will enjoy. Bring cash or check.

This is community funded with terrific donations..nicknacks to furniture and kids toys. All proceeds are funneled back into the community. It's friendly! Fun place to volunteer.

Always love checking out all the things in both buildings. Reasonable prices, friendly volunteers, and I always find something I need... or want.

Must visit at least twice a week or you might miss that one thing you just can't live without. I love walking thru and looking at all the treasures
