Alan, the (now) Manager At Wentzville T-Mobile is absolutely fantastic! I upgraded my phone and during the long process of transferring all of the data over, he helped every step of the way! During the long wait time, he was very patient and helpful! And with next day technical difficulties, that no one could have done anything about- he was ready to help us fix the issue! He was the best!

My husband and I had the best experience we’ve ever had at mobile service provider/retailer at this location thanks to Logan. He was knowledgeable & friendly and made the entire process of switching phones seamless. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

I was in this store twice this week. I don't know the young man's name with dark hair and glasses who was working at the middle desk but he and Rodney are exceptional! You are lucky to have them!!!

Just had a great experience with upgrading my gateway for our T mobile internet with Rodney and Gabe at the Wentzville store. They were very helpful and got me set up without any hassle. Professional, polite and friendly young men.

Apparently this store is under new ownership. I stopped in to discuss a discrepancy on my bill. The store manager, Allen, was fantastic! He corrected the problem immediately. Highly recommend this store!

Very patient with me in answering all of my questions. Very courteous and made trading and upgrading a pleasant experience. Unfortunately when you work for a company, you don't get to dictate how many are there to service others. Patience, kindness and understanding go a long way. Will return. Love this T-mobile! They are always super helpful and take their time to answer all your questions. Their plans are reasonable as well and I've never had any weird hidden fees or crazy price hikes.

We had a great experience here. I was with Spectrum and my son was with Sprint and we both needed phone upgrades. Brian was very sweet and walked us both through the setup process making fees and charges very clear. My son’s situation was complicated, but Brian took the time to investigate ways of solving his phone issue. I would highly recommend switching to T-Mobile and making the Wentzville store your home base.

Justin at the T mobile, Wentzville store is awesome. We got all new phones on the 9th of December and he was way more than helpful with setup. Now we are back because my wife's phone stopped working and he is helping us get into a replacement. The whole crew here is great, will keep coming back. I talked to Justin again today, 12-29-22, and again he was super polite and helpful. Keep up the awesome customer service Justin. Thank you.

Went in and spoke with Erik. Don't know if he was the manager or just someone who knew his stuff. The other associates came to him with their problems, and the never missed a step with us. Or the other customer he was also helping. When we need to go back, we will definitely ask for this helps.

Never been more satisfied. I was with sprint, and I just switched. The rep, Eric was very helpful and made it such an easy transition. Plus we got way better coverage than We did with sprint. My husband and I will only come back to this one for any other needs! You should too

John is amazing! My husband and I recently switched to T-Mobile at a different location, but there were several issues with our new phones. We went to this location and John helped us. He was so kind and VERY knowledgeable. It took him no time at all to fix everything, and he even referred us to a delicious restaurant. Thank you John! You deserve a raise!

I recently switched from AT&T where the in store service was always good, but the hold times when it was necessary to call was absolutely ridiculous. I have been very impressed with T-Mobile so far. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff both in store and call in help. Reasonably short wait times and hold times alike. Exactly what I would hope for. Also my rate went down by about 35%

The store was busy as they were giving away flashlights for T-Mobile Tuesdays. We stopped in to have a phone looked at as the speaker wasn't working. The store rep was able to get it back in service for us without having to send it away.

My family and I had been with Sprint for about 3 years and just had a horrible experience. The bill was always high, the customer service was always terrible, and the service was always slow despite the fact that it said we had full bars and LTE. Moving here to lake St Louis Missouri the story was no different. When we were finally able to switch to T-Mobile last night, we were received by the friendliest play most helpful employee named Addison. He was engaging in conversation as well as quick in helping move along my three family members with our family plan. He helped us find the best plan for our money and went through a thorough explanation of how our process would work with coming from Sprint. Even after one day of service, the speed is blazing fast and literally put Sprint to shame. The customer service is second to none, and the incentives through T-Mobile Tuesdays and other items are just incredible. so happy to be back with T-Mobile. Feels like coming back home.

Nik and Jo were both superb to work with. Nik was helping me setup a paperless solution on a tablet but I wasn't sure if it would work. He let me try it and promised no hassles. He even put it in writing! I did need a completely different setup. As promised Jo, the manager, gave me no push back at all and a 100% refund even after I lost my receipt.

These guys are honest and helpful. If you need service, try them first.

Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I went in the other day to pick up a new iPhone, and the sales rep was very honest and helpful. They will be my store from now on.
