Famous Footwear

I returned 2 pair of shoes today that I had for 2 months. Unworn. I had bought 4 pair.The 1st pair I tried for 7 weeks; just always made my toes sore and cramped. I was very pleased that the kind lady who is the store manager was so very helpful and took them back and showed me a much better choice that was perfect for me
Not all shoes in the same size fit perfectly I realized.
Unfortunately I can't remember her name other than her name
Name tag stated store manager. She has helped me before and always is so pleasant and She went above all my expectations this time and so knowledgeable..Also she took a pair of shoes that I couldn't return and offered to stretch them for a few days; such a nice gesture. It was a real pleasure dealing with her today and I look forward to buying at that store again in the future due to her kindness.

The staff here is wonderful so friendly and helpful. Spent over $300 on shoes and wore one pair 3 times. The eyelet broke. Took them back .... expecting some kind of remark on can't take them back.
Nope.....took the boots and traded for another pair. Polite.....friendly....smiles....joking .....happy.

All the people who work here are very courteous and helpful they always try to make sure that they have what you want and if not then they contact other stores just to make sure that you're getting what you're looking for thanks for the great work that you do

The staff measured my son's feet and we managed to find him shoes. Staff was great, very helpful and patient. Love my son's new footwear. It was not very crowded and staff wore masks. I really enjoyed how wonderful and patient all the staff was with my son; he's shy.

Linda walked me all the way to the back of the store and Helped me with finding my size in boots. She was on her knees getting out different sizes and helping getting them prepared for me to try on! The first pair was damaged so she found me some that were at another store. She texted me this morning to let me know that she had called the store this morning to hold them for me. She provided top notch service! I have never had such great service! I will definitely tell my friends and family to go to the Wentzville Famous Footwear!

Helpful staff, and clean store. I really appreciated the fact that all associates were wearing masks, and there was a sanitizer stand upon entering store. I will shop at a store that makes a little more effort like they were. Also, they had decent sales on current shoes.

Had exactly what I wanted, good price, very helpful and friendly

I literally busted out of my old shoes and needed new ones. So bear footed I go in, they hand me a pair of throw away socks, and proceeded to as me what I am looking for.
So the help was amazing by all staff, the store was amazingly clean, and I walked out with shoes and a pair of Nike sandals. Would highly recommend this store next to Walmart on Wentzville Parkway. Thanks again for everyone's help....
