Sally Beauty

The new manager at the River Ridge Sally Beauty has changed that store to the most wonderful atmosphere with the most helpful staff. She is has so much knowledge of the chemistry of products and especially hair color. She runs that store with pride and trains her employees properly so that there are no repercussions of bad product service. I will take my business back to that store and continue to be a repeat customer again. Thank you for hiring someone with knowledge and education to run this store.

Just getting to expensive and I wonder what's going on, supply extremely diminished,has anybody else notice that?

I was taken aback when I walked into the River Ridge Sally's yesterday! The whole store shined with cleanliness, organization and welcoming, knowledgeable employees. Even though they were out of what I was looking for, I was assured of the fact that they receive new stock shipments every week. I look forward to revisiting what seems to be a "new" store!

I had such a good experience at this Sally’s location! The new owner of the store, Rebecca, was very helpful & knowledgeable about the products. It’s my first time bleaching & dying my hair myself, and she helped me pick out all the products I needed & even explained the whole process to me step-by-step. She was so sweet & helpful! Thank you Rebecca! Highly recommended this Sally’s location!

I went in with my fiance to shop hair coloring and it was a great experience. Rebecca was on duty and was very helpful with product selection. I don't normally go to these stores, but it was clean, front, faced and we'll light. It is also in a good location away from the majority of traffic in the busy shopping center. Great experience!

Employee was very friendly! She was able to help me decide what was best to do with my hair even though I was kinda indecisive! Definitely will be going to Sally's anytime a I need hair care products again!

I recently wanted to bleach my hair. I've been to this location twice in a week. Both visits were awesome customer service is above and beyond expectations. I had no idea what products to use both ladies who helped me were very knowledgeable and gave me awesome tips on what to do. I learned so much about hair care. I will continue to always shop with Sally's after these visits.

The woman with the pixie cut (I believe she is the manager) was super helpful and knowledgeable. She had previously worked in a salon so she had great tips. I will definitely drive to this Sally’s every time for that customer service.

Went here a couple months ago maggie ( girl w the blue hair) was working...she was very knowledgeable and friendly...she definately knows how to keep customers coming back and sell products we will love!!
I went in to spend 20$ spend over 100 and i usually feel bad when i do that...NOT this time. Everything that maggie recommended was great and my now blonde hair is platinum....(better than any salon could ever get it to pull without falling out) and i have very little breakage compared to when ive had it done at salons!!

Im super impressed and Maggie is a good thing for this store...keep her around and lots of customer including i will continue to come!!

P.S. Might wanna give her a raise for all the upsales i know she has made....witnessed 2 before me!! And the way she genuinely cares for customers and all the knowledge she has....would be a shame to lose her!!!!

This review sis a little late because i just recently used the dye i purchased 2 months ago but im soooooo thrilled with it i had to come leave a review..
She also gave me a card but for some reason i cant get the website to work to leave the review!!!

So here it is and i will copy and paste to any site for this store and that maggie girl...because she is the BEST PERSON i have EVER encountered in ANY hair care place EVER!!!

Just wanted to drop a note to let you know that this store has changed for the better. The manager is friendly and knows everything about the hair business. Went directly to the product I use and said she will order more for my next purchase. Took my name and number to let me know when it will come in. How awesome. No one would ever or has ever done that. Truly a very friendly place to go and enjoy the people who are serving you. Thanks for having her as the manager.

Sally's is my go-to for all DIY hair experiments! You can get professional quality items at a fraction of the price of other stores. The staff are always knowledgeable and very friendly.

Just was there they did not have enough of the hair dye I wanted so they called the other location and are going to personally pick it up and hold it till Thursday when I get back to there. They gave suggestions on how much I needed and suggestively sold items but without being pushy. Overall extremely friendly and genuine yet professional!!

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be bleaching my teenage daughters hair this weekend and she guided me through all the best products to buy and gave me very useful tips and advice on the process . Great customer service!

This store has improved so much from the last time I was in there. I was very hesitant about going in there because the staff was so rude that use to be there .They have a new manager and all new staff . The manager is very knowledgeable of the products and is very pleasant and helpful. Rebecca educates her staff with her product knowledge .

Every time I have been in this store for years, the staff have went out of their way to help me find what I was searching for and have always directed me to a product that worked great.
Now I am looking for something new.
I always had black hair, and now it’s white with yellowing in it.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me getting the yellow tints out?

I walked into this store to pick up a few items and was given a friendly greeting by Manager Rebecca Creasman. She was so knowledgeable and so personable. I know I’ll go back again. I like the feel of the store now that she’s the manager!

I went in with some questions and they were extremely helpful. She was very patient with me throughout the whole thing. Plus the prices were fantastic! I will definitely be back!

The staff here are very friendly and happy to share their expertise with customers. The store is clean and well organized.

It's always clean, organized and well stocked. I've also never met anyone that works there that isn't friendly and extremely helpful. 😀

Rebecca was awesome, after leaving another store because of a lack of help has made my day so much better.
