AT&T Store

Sales rep Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. Her time, efforts and care were truly appreciated. She did a tremendous job applying my new iPhone's screen protector, attaching the phone's protective case, and getting my phone activated and set up ready to use. She answered all of the questions I presented and I left the store fully satisfied with the product and service. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend. Amazing customer service! Walked in to get my SIM card looked at is it was going in and out. They got it fixed and I got me some AirPods on my account!

I really love this location. I’ve been a few times and any other time I need to go to AT&T I will go to this location. The thing I love most about this location is that even if there is a situation that can not be taken care of at the store. They will do what they can to help you. Some issues need to be taken care of over the phone and they will let you use their phone to call and get on the phone with you until the issue is resolved. I have had the store manager help me with this and the guy with a beard that looks like DJ Khalid. Also they aren’t pushy sales people. Of course they will let you know what specials they have or what they can do for you. But it’s always friendly and welcoming.

I never write reviews but after 10 years with At&t I finally experienced the BEST customer service from Lorena at this location! Turns out I've been overpaying on my plan and nobody ever told us my husband could get 25% off the Elite plan with HBO Max included!! We were unhappy with our service and contemplated switching, but Lorena found great deals for existing customers and thanks to Her we'll be staying with At&t!! Best manager with best service!! Sending her all of our relatives & friends!

Very prompt when greetung me as i walked thru the door. I had my phone stolen and needed to buy a replacement sim card and stop my service on that phone and put my service on another phone. So u think time consuming right. Wrong i was in and out of there in joke less then 10 minutes. Amazing

This location has a lot of experience under its belt. From a Store Manager that has 15+ year experience with AT&T and a staff that has 5+ years experience with the company as well. They will do whatever it takes to make sure they take care of you the right way. When you come the experience feels like you have known them forever. You can have a seat with these employees get what you need to get done and have a normal conversation with them. None of that awkward feeling stuff. I highly recommend this location compared to the others around it. I’ve been to the one on Lemmon and Inwood and the experience is no where near the same. Do yourself a favor and just visit the Bachman Lake location.
