Needed a new battery for my car, they did not have the specific one i needed but ordered it for me and it arrived the next day! Brandy was very nice and helped install my car battery while educating me along the way. A very easy and pleasant experience!

The General Manager Ms Brandy's customer service and satisfaction can't be matched. The best customer service I've had. Wish we had someone at the Picayune Ms/Slidell La locations

I have been going to this advance auto for years and every time I go, I have always been satisfied with my visit. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they always have a great amount of parts in stock or they are able to order it and get it quickly. If you need a place to go for parts or need any help on your project, I would suggest making this store your first stop.

They were very nice and let me bring in my dog with no questions although I did call first to ask I'm not one of those people. I just didn't want her as big as she was to stay in my car and bus the windshield out. Lol they even had treats it was so sweet. Anybody that gives dogs treats and spends their own money to put them behind the counter is a good person. People who love animals and take care of animals are good people. I will definitely be spending more money there in the future.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. I was new to the area when I went in here. I had been to three other parts places around me. They were rude and acted like they wanted me to just go away. This was before the pandemic. They were not busy and I found out why. Advanced is where I go for everything. I'm satisfied everytime I leave and I have got to know some of the staff. They are managed well

Just this last Wednesday, I had another one of those “oh f$&k!” moments. I needed a new battery. But not before he tested the battery & alternator.
I’ve been to this location time and time again. I must give a shout out to employee “Ron” for being very helpful & courteous, despite how terrible things are when I enter. If you want to be fed garbage and buy stuff u don’t need go somewhere else. Ron will definitely help you out and do his best to get u back on the road.
So stop on in... you won’t be disappointed.

Went to the advance in Pelham today with a what we thought battery, alternator problem. Replaced both still would not start truck. The GM came out looked over the truck and suggested we try replacing the starter cable. And wouldn't you know, it fixd the issue. Well above and beyond customer service. Very happy customer

Stopped here off of I-65 going from Florida to Michigan with a battery not charging light. Staff checked the whole charging system and battery and recommended a new alternator. He gave us the part number and sent us over to the Pep Boys down the road to get it installed.

Best place for auto parts needs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Convenient location. Great prices and selection.
