Jaime handled my situation very professionally and made my visit pleasant. T-Mobile is raising my bill by $5 per line which made me upset at first. Jaime changed my plan to an updated plan that gave me more benefits than the one I was currently on. Now I have free Netflix, Apple TV and AAA for a year. Justified my bill raise with all new perks. Thank you Jaime for your time. Employees like you make T-Mobile special.

All T-Mobile stores are not created equal and this one is Tucson's best. I started the process to switch carriers at this location, but my previous carrier wouldn't unlock my phone for 24 hours so I planned to come back later. The next day I was doing errands on the other side of town and went into a different T-Mobile. Big mistake- they told me that the $800 credit to cover most of my remaining phone bill with my previous carrier wasn't possible. I drove back to Broadway to sort it out. Friends, it was VERY much possible, as I am now spending the $800 that Jaime and his team helped me get.

From the moment you walk in this store is so friendly, so helpful, and they really will help you get every deal you can possibly get and never make you feel like they are going out of your way. This is your store! Don't go anywhere else.

I have been a member of tmoble for a few years and by far this location was the best. Jaime ( store manager) has amazing customer service skills. He listen and explained everything with detail. Which made my upgrade easy and less stressful.

Jaime was awesome! After debating for a while to switch companies after 5 years Jaime really reminded me as to why I've sticked around for this long:) On top of listening he was really empathetic and a lot of people lack that quality, Jaime does not. Thank you for the best experience this far:)

Super nice forgot his name, skinny white guy with glasses. He didn’t charge me and helped figure out why my data wasn’t working. New sim and still the same number. I’m content.

Customer service is excellent in this store they greet you and attend you perfectly. They provide all the right information and I personally love going there and chatting with Jaime Arriega he gives out the best info and his service Is top Tier.

GT is hands down the best sales rep you will ever come across. He really knows his stuff when it comes to tech. He is super patient and didn’t me push me into anything I didn’t want and helped me make an informed decision. He made switching back to T-Mobile the easiest and smoothest transition. I will forever recommend him to everyone I know. If your going to use anyone please head to this T-Mobile and ask for GT!

Been going to this location since 2019. The staff has changed throughout the years but they remain friendly and helpful. I went in to transfer from android to iPhone as well as some other things such as swapping numbers and watch related questions. Jose helped us out and was very patient and efficient. Shout to GT and Ashley as well for being Great employees.

I’ve been coming to this store for 2 and a half years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Although The staff has changed a bit over the years but they always do their job with a smile on their face and if you’ve hung out in the store for a bit you’d see how great the vibe is. It’s always a pleasure working with Mr. Prince Charles and his manager never a dull moment. This is my forever t mobile store and I will continue to send my family and friends their way! Thank you for always taking care of myself and my father.

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the store. I was greeted with the most welcoming smiles. The energy was uplifting. I walked in with just questions about switching, GT and Ashley went above and beyond by showing me their coverage map and reassuring any concerns I had would be taken care of. Not only did I cut back by saving money, but gained a home store for my T-Mobile needs from now on. I appreciate you guys!

Ashley (store manager) and Rey (assistant store manager) were magnificent! if i could give them more stars I would!
they went above and beyond with my issue while amazingly helping other customers at the same time. While I was there (my issue was complicated so it was understandable that it took a little more time than usual) two costumers came in and out and each one left the store happy and satisfied, Rey assisted an elder with their purchase and he was patient and understanding while Ashley assisted a lady who may or may not have been a little drunk lmao, Ashley was super professional and patient with her!

both Ashley and Rey were life savers and made up for the bad experience I had with the phone customer service, they even apologized in customer service’s behalf!

I’m not sure her name but I think she was the store manager. Well her Prince and the other young man there was amazing tonight. I was in pain and grumpy. They still helped me without blinking an eye. They were awesome. They went above and beyond. I will never go to another store!! This is now the he third time I go to this store to upgrade my phones. Thank you for being so awesome!

Jaime is an excellent manager & provides the best promotions available & efficiently walks you thru technical issues on the phone; while providing a friendly experience.

Two wonderful young women at this Tmobile store took extensive time to help me with an insurance claim for a Galaxy Note 8 that is no longer able to get support from updates because it is so old. After getting the runaround from Assurant and being disconnected twice, these wonderful Ashley's filed the claim from the store for me and provided me with a return label just in case I just got another useless Note 8 again. These young women were so patient, kind, friendly and knowledgeable, I HIGHLY recommend this store!

Walked in with my mother in law to get myself, my wife, and her a phone. The team was great! A guy name GT made sure we were getting the best deal and went the extra mile! They also gave us gift bags. Nice touch! Awesome team will definitely return.
