Marc @ Waterstone Blvd was fantastic, next level even. He identified the issues and gave more than solid solutions to fix my issues. Mark is the reason I'd continued to do business with AT&T because good lord the customer service is sub par at best. Mark gets 10/10 stars will do business again.

Went to the AT&T store on Waterstone Blvd near the Kings Auto Mall to look at the new Samsung Galaxy S24+. I have a galaxy z4 flip
and am unhappy with the phone. The representative was very helpful throughout the process. Very knowledgeable

Mark was extremely helpful when we visited the store!! Greeted us as soon as we walked in. Listened out explanation as to why we were in the store. Gave us a few options to choose from and didn't pressure us into buying more than we needed. Mark explained everything he was doing and what it meant.

Jae was awesome. She saw me coming and opened the door and introduced herself. She was able to help with my bill and also help me trade my phone in. She was personable and professional. Jae also help set everything up on my phone and double checked everything to make sure it was all set up correctly. Jae was a huge help and did a great job.

My iPhone has failed to access Cellular Data. They immediately recognize a problem diagnosed it, and fixed within 10 minutes. Amazing. I wish I could leave six stars. I almost can’t wait for my phone to break again. True professionals at this location!

Our salesperson Eric was amazing. He took the time to really listen to my concerns with my other phone provider and laid out concrete reasons I would be in better hands with AT&T. He took the time to ensure my phone was fully transferred over. Historically, I have hated going phone shopping. But Eric made the experience so easy and I didn't feel like he was trying to lock me in to a service I didn't need. His authenticity made me recommended him, this service and the Mason store to 3 friends this weekend alone.

Eric was by far the best ATT rep we've experienced in the years we've been customers. We won't go to any other location moving forward. Quick to assist us, listened, and then helped us with our situation professionally and with knowledge. We felt appreciated and welcomed at a location that is clean and caring. Today was an amazing experience. I was greeted and help with a short wait. My salesman was Ayman, he was very knowledgeable and help me to choose the products that would be best for me. I walked in asking for one upgrade and left with two upgrades, three new phones and accessories. He help us set everything up and offered suggestions for the future. Amazing service!

Very experienced customer service, these guys know what they're doing when I didn't know what I was doing in their store). I hadn't to explain much and Eric could read what was in my mind and brought it from thoughts to reality! He overachieved the customer satisfaction, I owe this guy for his great support!

Came in to trade in my phone and right off the bat I was vibing with the staff. They were super friendly and loose, I didn't feel rushed to get in and out. Most of all my salesman basically halved my phone bill while trading for a new S23 ultra. Would 100% recommend this store compared to the eastgate store where everyone's a drone

I absolutely HATE dealing with AT&T. Spent over two hours on the phone trying to get my issue resolved. I eventually decided I just needed to go into the store. Dominic (and the manager) were excellent to work with and helped me get my issue resolved. I was in the store less 20 minutes and didn't even have an appointment! Definitely recommend this location

Eric was great! We went in and upgraded three iPhones one I watch and got a new one watch. Eric reviewed our service and put us in a plan so the net cost was actually lower than when we came into the store and we got all those new goodies. Eric will take care of you, highly recommend.

Mark is a life saver. My phone inadvertently stopped receiving calls and I could not call out. Didn't get voice-mail from missed calls. All this happened two days after my sister died and I had a call out to MD. Frazzled I went to the AT&T store. Mark was patient and solved the issue presto. Magic
