GIVE YOUR CLEANER A RAISE! The windows are so clean that my one year old thought she can go though them and crashed into the wall! 🤣 (She’s okay she didn’t even cry and the staff were still so comforting towards her🫶)

This store is best for protecting customers and their employees. They use hand sanitizer to clean your hands before you walk into the store, and they only allow several customers there. Maybe about five or six? I felt comfortable and safe. Considering our health, it’s worth waiting for it. By the way, the employees are very nice.

This Bath and Body is my absolute favorite 🤗 The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I always leave happy with the products and great service 😊 This location is convenient to visit since it is in a large shopping center and parking is never an issue. Bonus points for allowing in-store online order pick up.

This store was well stocked, the employees were super friendly and courteous and great deals on everything!!! This store was not overcrowded like other locations I've been to.

Went into the Bath and Body works on a mission to get a mother's day bag I saw online but it was sold out. I let the young lady that greeted me know she had French braids and was very helpful to ask her manager if there was more because a lady just left with the last one. The manager told her I could have the one on display they fix it all up for me while I shopped for some other items. The manager with the glasses was also very sweet, she pointed me in the right direction of the better body scrubs and sprays. Check out went smoothly and I was in and out with enough time to grab my starbucks before heading home for dinner. Thanks to your staff and team you guys are holding it don't. To the gal that made sure I got my mothers day bag. Much love, Fo sho! 😉

Love this store and the people who work here. The store was recently remodeled and looks beautiful and more modern. The staff is always kind and helpful. They are the reason this is my favorite location. The store look beautiful and smells even better.

Only six customers in at a time my advice is to go in early. I waited in line for 10 to 15 minutes not too bad. They have beautiful stuff right now for Christmas. I love the store.

Very friendly staff, we asked if they had a certain candle and they searched everywhere for it. They went above and beyond to help us,but I had a coupon for my birthday and I got nothing 😔

September 2020, pandemic shopping.
Worth the trip I made. The store at Cerritos Town Center is the only location within a 15 mile radius from my house that offered in store shopping. The store implements all required safety protocols: social distancing, face masks and no reusable shopping bags. Plus, you can always wash your hands at their sink.

Kim and Shawn were super helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service!

The store was stocked and clean. All of the associates were very helpful and courtesy. It was the candle sale buy 2 get 2 free.

I had to return 2 wall plugs I had ordered online. I was greeted and lead to the wall plugs area to select the two replacements. The ladies who helped me were friendly and professional.
