Best Buy

I still like to visit the store and talk to some experts and ask them questions. Its nice to actually see and feel things before making a purchase. I know amazon have things cheaper but sometimes big purchase got lost or stolen. Going to the stores help keeping them remaining in business.

I have to say that Mike from the geek squad department has amazing customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He made my experience at best buy cerritos a top notch experience. Please recognize him as an amazing employee.

Here’s one to an easy in and out on a Christmas return. After watching many TikTok clips of returns gone bad I was nervous returning an opened but unused XBox. It went well! The clerk was all smiles and she looked in the box (as expected) asked if it worked ok (expected). Then boom issued a refund to the credit card used.

Great customer service, as soon as we walked in we were greeted, We were in for a tripod stand and was helped. We were happy with our buy.

The employees were very attentive. I was able to get in and out quickly. Would definitely shop there again. 👍

Can go wrong for their warranty it really does cover you. Good place to invest for your appliances and electronics

One of my favorite Best buys to go to. They have more than other B.B. Lines always move fast. Very knowledgeable team here. They also price match amazon and Walmart as long as they are the sellers.

I purchased a video monitor but it did not work. The staff at this store made it easy to return and exchange for a working one though.

Quick and easy. I mean its best buy so the staff could help you but I suggest doing your research before going to make any large purchases. Other than that its certainly quicker than Amazon.

I went in for a tablet that they only had one or two of them in stock and it was way in the back and the lady took her time to find it.

I went there to exchange two air fryers for two that had larger capacity plus ten dollars more than the ones I returned. I was assisted by a Best Buy employee Victor.The transaction was done in a timely manner and employee(Victor) assisted me in taking units to my car. Thank you Victor.
