Target

An employee had an issue with me checking out in the self checkout line, we were already at a register and she told us to go to the employee run register. I said we were ok and she said “well it’s 10 items or less” with a snotty attitude. I was upset with Target I was ready to leave on the spot. However, the lady Apple at the register was so nice and patient with me, I instead decided to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Ginny and Vickie (I believe was her name) and they were honestly the nicest people. Ginny, Vickie, and Apple are the reasons I love target. Their customer service was unmatched. I was so incredibly angry over 14 items being an issue (which I hadn’t counted until after, I thought it was 10) and was completely turned around by the care and patience of the management team. I am very impressed with Ginny and how she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the kind ladies at this location for making my night better and treating me with compassion.

Probably one of the better Target’s I’ve been too. I prefer this one over the League City location. This one doesn’t seem so packed. It’s quiet and clean. Sometimes I do travel the extra miles to visit this location!

I really enjoy shopping at Target so much more than WalMart because of the overall store environment at Target was thought out carefully from the way they have soft ambient lighting throughout the store, store displays are eye catching, fun music with songs that you can sing the lyrics as you shop. Store employees are very helpful and courteous when you need assistance with finding a special item, Speaking of store items, I LOVE that each week there are so many new items to try out in almost every department. I go in the store for a couple of small items and I usually leave with a large basketful of "treasures" I found throughout the store. I love Target and I especially love the Project 62 Collection. The patio furniture that I purchased from this collection made my Zen rock garden area in my backyard one of the most beautiful and used spaces this past summer. Target is my "Happy Place". Especially love those red card member bonus offers the most. Have more of those please so I can finally afford to purchase the outdoor rug I have been wanting all summer...a Smith and Hawken 7X10 black and tan micro grid outdoor rug that normally is $180.00. Keep up the good work!

Nice big and clean store. Polite workers made this place even better. Lots of wood. Good selection of fresh vegetables. Lots of good stuff.

I absolutely love shopping at Target! They almost always have what I'm looking for, I love how inclusive they are of gender identities and body color, shapes and sizes, and everyone is always willing to help!

The employees here are so kind. I asked Robert about an item in the toy section and he was extremely helpful, going into the back to ensure I got the item I needed. Thank you Robert!

Super experience in Kemah! I checked out twice, driving in between the two shopping areas. Once was full check out and other was self. During the self checkout there was a price error and the team member swiftly helped me and solved the challenge. Both team members were professional and courteous. Earlier I had a price check and the team member I stopped, helped me promptly. Great people there and I love the upscale products Target offers.

The store was immaculate but unfortunately they had no patio furniture on display.

I couldn't leave without a few purchases and will return at a later date.

I went with my Granddaughter. We didn't find her nail polish, but we found some Command Hooks we were looking for and a couple of other things.

Clean, fast, good prices. Target customer service is among the best, I’ve had incidences where i purchased something, just missed the return limit on days, but they did the return anyways. There is a reason why target is preferred over Walmart by many people, but chiefly and why i prefer it

AWESOME 👍👍👍👍👍11-18-23 I get "ai" replacing humans, tried to get help with a discount 1sup-Katie 1cashier kept referring me to web, telling me "someone else" had used my coupon!!! That's why I avoid em!! Found my own answer!! No bargains, all too expensive!!!

I had a return and was told by an associate that I couldn’t return my item. I was surprised as the item was in perfect condition and hadn’t been worn and all tags were still attached. I know the young man was just trying to follow policy so I wasn’t mad at him but wasn’t happy with the situation. I asked if there was a supervisor and he called Pauline. She talked with me, took care of my return and was very pleasant. My entire time with her was less than 2 minutes. Great experience! Great job Pauline!!!

Always good. It's difficult to go in there and just purchase what you intended to purchase. There are always beautiful extra items that I didn't even realize I needed until I saw them!
