The UPS Store

I was able to quickly get service to mail a package and had zero time in line. This is of course luck of the draw, as I turned around and about four to five people had come in to the store behind me. My customer service agent got me in and out quickly though and they were on to the next customer. The lady with the customer service representative next to me was doing a full on pack and ship situation and they moved her right through the process as well. I also use this UPS store for Amazon returns and that is also a quick and easy process. The store is a little on the small side when you get a half dozen people in there with their boxes and returns, but all in all I much prefer this store to the post office.

I felt compelled to leave a review after one of the employees went far out of his way to catch me before I got in my car to leave just to accommodate me. That kind of service is pretty rare & unexpected nowadays!

I am very pleased with each and every representative that I have encountered at this store! They work very hard to keep the line rolling, and I cannot name a time that I have gone in and have had to wait long. Cameron is awesome! He is very swift and respectful, and he makes sure to answer all questions and provides assistance needed. Thank you UPS for having these wonderful individuals!

When I go to the store, everyone is pleasant and helpful. It’s a great atmosphere.

Been using this UPS store for a few years to return packages. Now been using them for other services. They are always so helpful and nice! They get things done quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate.

I've been using this UPS site for my company shipping for awhile. Let me say this. I have used many UPS stores, this site by far and hands down has got to my favorite. The service is quick and always with a smile. I honetly look forward to coming in. Tiffany, Nate, Jeff, Cam and Ryan in my opinion are a great team and give the UPS brand a great customer impression.

I'm in several times a week, some weeks, everyday, shipping for my business, MUGGIEZ. Tiffany, Jeff, Cam , Nate & Ryan always acknowledge customers coming in the door & are always eager to help with our large & bulky shipments. I see them all extend this same courteousness to customers across the board.

This particular store has such a great staff! They are always super sweet and considerate and make returning rented books the easiest part of a college student's life. I walk in with my books and packing slip and spend less than a minute at the counter buying the box and paying. The store always looks great even with a delivery truck out front hauling packages in and out. All around great experience!

I normally just post to give bad reviews but This branch deserves the time to give them an applause, they are great, they always help me with whatever I have to do, I forgot to tape the boxes... no problem! I forgot to print the label... No problem! I even think that if you need to return something from amazon and you just bring it they would pack it and ship it for you (maybe). Great Job guys!

Customer Service is the absolute BEST! Bea and her staff go way above and beyond for their customers. They know us by name and always have a smile for us. We constantly have packages delivered to them with no issues and enjoy getting text updates to let us know when our deliveries have arrived. Thanks to all your staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

This UPS Store has a great staff. They are very nice and helpful. They have helped my business grow with the ability of having a great place to receive order for my clients. If you need a place for your business to receive packages and business needs, this is the place!!!

I use this store often and have never encountered rude employees; they are helpful, respectful, courteous. HOWEVER some of my fellow customers are quite rude and loud in their protestations.

I WENT TO UPS STORE TODAY ON SOUTHEAST LOOP. A NEWLY HIRED CLERK WAS ASSISTING ME. SHE WAS TRYING TO INFORM ME OF THE PACKAGING I USED COULD TEAR. I WASN'T QUITE UNDERSTANDING, SO TIFFANY STEPPED IN TO ASSIST. SHE WENT FAR AND BEYOND TO ASSIST IN GETTING MY PACKAGE INTO THE PROPER PACKAGING. THANK YOU UPS FOR AN EMPLOYEE WHO GOES THE EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMER. I TRULY LEFT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
