Manny is such a great employee to have there. I recently upgraded my familys phones. I actually live out of state so it can get a little difficult setting things up. Manny took care of my mom and set her phone up with such ease and simplicity she was astounded. I really appreciate Manny for doing that. Its not just doing the work but also going above and beyond to make sure that she was set up properly and efficiently. Give this kid a raise! Support like this is what leaves no doubt in my mind that ATT is the way to go! Keep being you Manny and it will definitely pay off.

Mahatton "Manny" Reaves is very knowledgeable of his work. Everytime I go into the store to pay on my father in law's account, Manny always ask am I ready for an upgrade. Well this time, he got me. I am very pleased with my selection. Patrick and your other Lead, Female Caucasian forgive me for not remembering her name but they all are a major asset. I wouldn't ask for a better sales team. AT&T is the BEST!

Went into the story yesterday, and the gentleman named Patrick was an amazing help to me. He was extremely nice and solved my technical issues right away 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you so much Patrick you’re amazing.

Answered all questions knowledgeable with regard to my family needs being met as his # 1 concern. He put a smile of both our son faces, simplified the process and saved me some money. Go to AT&T on the Loop in Tyler, across from McDonalds. Ask for Manhattan. You will get top notch full service.

Every time I’ve been to this AT&T store at 2028 E Southeast Loop 323. Tyler , TX 75701, they have always taken great care of me. They answer all of my questions and concerns. Patrick is the manager there and he does an absolutely outstanding job.

Helpful and welcoming salesmen. They have good products knowledge. Beware :) they know how to not to let you go without getting good offers on more than you visited there for….

Very friendly employed who was working by herself and managed to assist the other customer and my needs more or less at the same, time, without being irritated, and made sure we were both taken care of fast and accurately. Went in for a simple fix on my new Samsung S-22 Ultra and got immediate, superb, and very professional but personal attention from the sales staff as well as the store manager, Patrick, whom I know as class act person.

Manhattan was a great customer service rep and sales tec. He even stayed after closing hours so I could get my phone number fully transferred. He was also very knowledgeable on their phones and devices. He also applied a new screen protector on my phone perfectly! No bubbles or dust at ALL

Patrick went above and beyond to help is with our account and with making sure they we were set up with exactly what we needed. In all my years with ATT and the good service I became accustomed to, Patrick went above and beyond that to “Great!” I also watched him treat the people in front of me the same way. Walked in to buy a new phone. I was greeted by every staff member in there. Richard gave me exceptional service and informed me about all of the discounts and specials available. I walked out completely satisfied with my purchase. The staff there doesn't use the sleazy sales tactics to twist your arm into spending more money to increase their commission. These guys are great and they'll get all of my business.

Patrick gets 5 stars! He is the most honest, most helpful sales person EVER. He will tell you what is best for YOU vs. oversell. I will always use him and highly recommend him and this store.
