Our van fan clutch broke we came into order one they didn't have it , but the manager of the store had called the other store to see if they had the part and they did. They drove all the way over there for us to get the part and brought it back to his store amazing people! They also let us borrow a tool to finish the job. All the people in this store went above and beyond taking care of us ! Thank you all so much ! So glad there are still great people out here! Pelham Alabama Advanced Auto parts!

Went to pick up an online order yesterday and asked for my battery to be tested. Thank u, Jon(bald headed guy), so much! Extremely helpful and thorough. He was even patient as I stood over his shoulder, asking questions 😊

I had to stop in this afternoon to get my license plate lights changed on my Toyota Camry and Cam stopped what he was doing and immediately came out to help me and took 20 mins doing it all himself while laughing and having a good time doing it! He was extremely professional and super friendly and really helped me out! Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays and I truly appreciate it and Cam for everything!!!

I had a horrible experience at another Advance Auto Store and stopped into this store looking to fuss at somebody. Carrie Dugger, the GM, was available. I told her what had happened at the other store and she went out of her way to make it right. She listened to my complaint, mirrored it back to me so I knew she heard me, and then gave me steps on what to do to fix it. I had decided that I would not come back to Advance until I went in her store. I am impressed with her professionalism and want to say that she is a asset to Advance Auto Parts.

Thanks to Jeremiah employed at this location. Jeremiah was instrumental to some previous parts purchased from Advance Auto. Jeremiah saved me a total of $718.00 after the dealership tried selling me their parts to be reprogrammed. Thanks for your instructions and I only forked over $197.00 to this area ripoff dealership. It about time we highlight when individuals do things right and not wrong all the time.

Great customer service! . My family and I are from out of town. I had issues with my tire . Hands down. Go see Adrian if you need anything. He was Knowledgeable kind very helpful. Talk about going out of your way to help 100% I would recommend this place. It's hard to find good honest ones thses days.

Good staff and convenient online shopping, ordering, and payment. Great customer loyalty program (saved $50 in battery purchase). Showed up to local store and they installed the battery. 15 min in and out. Perfect for running out of the office and getting a job handled.

Had to make an emergency stop and the gentleman rushed outside to help me with my problem! I've never experienced so much caring service before from a parts store! I will continue to bypass others and shop at this particular one from now own!

Went in for a AUX cable for my car, even though the last one I bought from Advance broke in less than a month. The guys actually saved me some money by suggesting I go get a certain brand from another retailer instead of just selling me another one they knew would break. Even though I wasn't spending money with them, they seemed to care that I get the best quality product. Thanks for the tip guys! If I need other parts I will definitely check with them first before spending my money!

If one person doesn't know someone else behind the counter always seems to. I've gone to them for all the odds and ends for three years or so. Never a bad experience.
