I bought an iron man bubble machine for $11.99, which is $7 cheaper than the cheapest price online. I opened the package and the glove wasn't working. I went back and complained and the man at the register offered to return me the money right away. My son wanted the toy, so we tried another machine. The salesman was very patient and helped me to test it. Eventually, we got it to work. My son was super happy! I am very grateful to the salesman for his excellent customer service and patience.

This is a great store to buy gifts or souvenirs! They have a big selection to buy from and their prices are very reasonable! Most Gift Shops have the same old things but this one is really unique and not all of it is Disney stuff either.

Convenient one stop shop for tourists that we found by chance after eating at the buffet 2 doors down. Found a lot of discounted Orlando t-shirts for last minute souvenirs in the far back right corner of this gift shop. 5 Orlando theme t-shirts were $10, cheapest finds yet! They've an extensive collection of Orlando theme keychains, odds and ends trinkets, toys, and smaller souvenirs items scattered throughout the shop besides Disney logo items and clothing. They sell suitcases and luggages also by the entrance, which is unusual considering the last 3 gift shops we went to didn't carry any.

Lots of Disney merch but almost at full retail value. Looks like a discount store buy not priced like one.

They way over charge! Items in this store are clearly purchased in bulk stores like Costco and sold for 300% more then retail.

Horrible place. Overpriced. Do not go! We bought two dolls for my girls two nights ago. One of the dolls was defective and we just went to exchange it for another one and they would not do it. They were very rude and disrespectful, all this happening in front of our child. They dismissed us and told us they did not care what “us people” thought. There are many other gift shops around here such as the bargain depot that have better merchandise.

This guy looked sketchy and we should have known better than to buy anything here. Within 10 min of leaving the store, there was a fraudulent purchase on our bank account. They ran a quick charge for $3 and then a purchase for $106 both of which was not us. Do not get scammed by this place like we did.

Don’t shop here!!! They have the same T-shirts and other items as Walmart. Customer service was horrible. The man working in the shop was very rude. Their return policy is exchange only, no refunds. We paid about 15% more here than we would’ve had we gone to Walmart first. Just go to Walmart!!! Better prices and much cleaner.
