The waits can be forever to get stuff filled, but generally they aren't too bad. They help customers in the store as well and give good advice. Their customer service to me as a customer is the same as when I am asking as an employee for someone else.

Staff will arbitrarily change hrs of services, i have had to return multiple times to accomplish tasks bc they devote from their published hrs. All you have to do is keep info current.

The head female pharmacist at the Twin Knolls location is the main reason I only gave this pharmacy 2 stars. I had a few questions about my prescription and she was nothing short of disrespectful, condescending, and extremely impatient. I realize that the pharmacy can be busy during certain hours and she may be stressed because of that, but that should not be a reason to belittle a customer who had valid questions about a prescription. I never take time to mention anything that isn’t positive in a review, but in this case I believe it is necessary. Perhaps she could consider anger management classes or attend a training on customer service.

Paid prescriptions same day delivery and i never received it. Called them on Saturday and rep said that the delivery will be delayed no matter what. So, one can not trust their system to process prescription delivery. It doesn’t work.

This Walgreens is at a strategic location. It has a very nice variety of items. BUT, Customer service is not that great 😌 at the store or the pharmacy department. Is an ok customer service. Some times is not professional the way some employees speaks with me at the pharmacy and at the cashier area they need to be more friendly and community oriented. I had good experience too with some cashiers, but it depends on who is working the day one stops by. I believe they could do much better than that! This happened to me in other different Pharmacies, Walgreens is not the only one, but they all need to start changing their ways on how they manage their customer experience (people to people relationship).

Customer service didn't seem like a priority there. I went to pick up pictures. The manager gave me the pictures and told me I could wait for the cashier up front. I go stand in line. One person before me which was the person being checked out. The person before me had a bunch of different transactions due to couponing. Everyone knowSl copouners take forever. The lady offered to allow people before her since she knew she'd take a while. The cashier Janelle said "no it's okay. You're already here. They can wait". I said "can I go? I only have pictures?" She rang up an item and said, "I've already started scanning." Standing there for 5 minutes, the line started to build and chatter started to happen amongst other customer waiting. Ms. Janelle did not call for back up until there were 6 customers waiting in line. Then the manager (who gave me my pictures and sent me to the cashier although there's a registere at the photo center) walked by, stood and watched the lines, waited for another cashier to come and then walked way. This was on Mother's Day. Why not be prepared. DO BETTER!

This a great location, but the customer service is terrible. If you choose this pharmacy be prepared to wait in short lines for a very long time. This is not a quick stop pharmacy.

they asked $130 for a prescription that i get at safeway for $70. I said no thanks i’ll try elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if possible. Most unprofessional pharmacy ever. Failed to order my son’s prescription for 3 weeks. Happened before and every time I tried to transfer they said it would take longer to fill. I got in a heated exchange with the pharmacist and he cursed me out, yet refused to fill my prescription when I said the same words to him. Fragile snowflakes on a power trip who think they can play with special needs children’s prescriptions unless you kiss their ring.

Went for a covid test after applying online giving all my information. They couldn’t find my information & called me by the wrong name.
Took almost 20 minutes to put info back in computer, but didn’t even ask for my ID or ins card.
She wasn’t sure how to have me take the test. Swabbed 15 times in both nostrils.
Dropped the swab & she said it was ok. Had to wait 3 days & came back positive.
I didn’t trust the test so went elsewhere for PCR test & it was negative. Took 3 home test & all three were negative.
She almost caused me to have to schedule my upcoming surgery.
I’ll NEVER trust Walgreens again.

The slowest service ever. Totally understaffed. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. And don't try to call when they don't return your health care card. 45 minutes on hold.

I chose this place only because it is close to my neighborhood, it was the worst experience I have ever had, nobody knows Anything, they ask each other to find an answer, they have my data in file and yet they do not have any information to help them give an answer, They ask me if I have an appointment and it seems that they have no agenda. they put you a dose of medicine and then they suggest that you look for the second dose elsewhere, Believe it or not, the height of one pharmacy: that does not have drugs.

Location is convenient because we live in the neighborhood since before the store was built. Drive up window takes forever even when no one is in line. I take a daily non-addictive medication which gets refilled monthly. Almost three weeks ago, my husband picks it up and there are 5 pills in the bottle. No warning, no explanation. I go two days later for the remainder, am told to come back in a couple days. After the 5th pill, I return. The tech gives me 5 more. Says they are on order, should get the remainder of the pills next time. After those 5 days, I return. The tech said there was nothing for me. I explain that I am already out and what had happened the previous week. The pharmacist on duty concedes to allow me TWO. Again they say they have ordered it. Not a happy customer here. What if I had to travel out of town? When the doc renews this prescription, I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Zero stars. Was told to wait, and waited for flu shot for 30 minutes before they told us they were out of needles. Another time showed up for Covid vaccine appointment and they said they were out of Vaccine. Very long wait time for pharmacy pick up. Many over-the-counter products routinely out of stock. Do not shop here.
