I went here after the Walgreens on Auto Drive changed their hours and were closed. I needed to pick up an important prescription. Everyone at the pharmacy was very helpful even though they looked overwhelmed. I was able to get the prescription filled with minimal stress. Thank you!

Every time I have called or gone into the pharmacy the staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful. I actually had all of my prescriptions transferred from my old pharmacy to this location for that reason. I am surprised to see so many one start reviews as I definitely have not shared the same experience. Keep up the good work Walgreens Twin Knolls!

The negative comments are mostly lying. Employees are quite great, prices are good, and people within the store are kind. The selection of items within the store is great too. I go there often with my friend to get some snacks and we have literally 0 negative experiences. The entire shop is exceptionally clean too.

Drugstore chain with health & beauty aids, prescriptions & photo services, plus mini-mart basics. I love getting laundry detergents and Nice nuts on sale. There is normal no wait time or every minimal wait time. It also has a pharmacy drive-through.

This Walgreens is very customer oriented. They usually smile and greet you when you come in and help you find whatever you are looking for. The Pharmacy is phenomenal: they are the only drugstore that would order a medication from a particular manufacturer from which the generic medication seemed to be more effective than generics from other manufacturers. In addition, even though they are always busy, they don’t cut corners in safety, for example, I often pick up my daughter’s medication for her and they always verify that I am the correct person to do this. I just now needed to call them with a minor question and they quickly understood my question and set my mind at ease. Another plus about this location (vs. other Walgreens) is that they have a great section of Maryland and Washington D.C. items (shirts, mugs, keychains, etc.) that make great gifts.

I don't know what all those one-star reviews are about!
This walgreens is fine. It is clean and well stocked. People who work here are courteous. If there is a line if customers they start a new line at a reguster.
The pharmacy is efficient. The photo shop is good.
I come here all the time.

I have been using the drive through all year to refill my prescriptions and I love it!! Pharmacists are very helpful and friendly and I honestly have never had a bad experience. Ive only been in the pharmacy a couple times so cant speak much to that. My rating is based on drive through.

As always I'm a Walgreens fan Walgreens can do no wrong in my eyes they even have clean bathrooms and allow you to use the bathrooms well stock shelves and employees that don't follow you around eyeing you down like a criminal they give you your space unlike most other stores these days

I had a fantastic experience when I went into this facility. I was met by a girl named Maryjane that was very helpful and knowledgeable on make-up and skin care. She was so nice I will travel from across town to get all of my stuff from her from now on!!!!!!!!! There still are good people on this earth, thank God.

In general, the service here is garbage. Hot, wet garbage. EXCEPT for one shining standout. His name tag said Devon. Whether that's his real name or not, he was extremely helpful.

Allow me to explain. I had an unfortunate rash develop on my inner thighs, probably from a constant vigorous rubbing/chaffing. Devon was helpful enough to direct me right to the section where the topical ointment was located. Not only that, but the entire time he assisted me there was no judgement from him about my disgusting rash, even after I insisted on showing it to him.

Not only that, but because I get winded bending over beyond a 12 degree angle, Devon was kind enough to help me apply the ointment directly to the infected area, again with no judgement despite the generous amounts of puss that ended up on his hands afterward.

I'll definitely go back to this RiteAid the next time another rash inevitably breaks out, so long as Devon is working that day!

We were greeted very politely when we first walked in and asked “what can I help you with?” by a young lady. We needed Spanish Passport pictures so we were accompanied to the photo booth area where Anes helped us. He was SOOO helpful. He cut the pictures to the exact measurements and he so nice and pleasant while doing it. Thank you Anes!

Excellent experience, I was greeted with a smile. There was a small line, only one cashier was open. I was in and out less than 10 min.

I cant say enough ,this walgreen in columbia MD is the best ,the pharmacy is the best pharmacy i ever been ,very professional,fast ,and they care about costumers .Alan is been great to me since the day one always going to extra mile for costumers .We need more people like this in every store ,i cant thank you enough.I always tell my friends to go to this wallgreens they are the best ,everyone is so great ,Alan really go extra mile for people .My words are not enough to say how great they are .I love this pharmacy i really appreciate all your work and caring for people.Thank you GOD bless you all.

Printing pictures is very fast and easy at this location, I was pleasantly surprised.

Both their weekend Pharmacist and the Technician were Awesome
