Nice selection. Excellent customer service from team member Shina. He provided excellant customer service with shoe fitting and advice on the best size to select. He was also very knowledgeable regarding product information. Shina made the experience fantastic.

I came in looking for new works shoes with a few brands in mind. Christian listened to my needs and took measurements of my feet to make sure we found the perfect fit. He was patient and knowledgeable and I was ultimately able to find a pair of shoes that I love. Everyone in the store was attentive and helpful!

Christian was incredibly attentive and kind helping my sister and I find the right shoes for us. I was looking for a running shoe and she a multipurpose sneaker and we were able to both find great options. I have a wide foot as well and was happy they had some options for purchase and trying on in store. The rewards program is certainly worth it too! We also ordered one pair for delivery since they did not have it in stock and it will be here as early as 2 days from now so shipping is quick! Will absolutely be back. Service and offerings are just all around excellent. Will definitely be back.

I hadn’t shopped at RR Sports in years and I’m so glad to be back!!! My experience was such a pleasure that I can say I’ll be coming back for all of my running needs. I’d like to personally shout out CHRISTIAN from the Columbia Md location. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind….. with all my questions he made me feel comfortable and did all he could to see that I left satisfied. And I did!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Roadrunner Sports Columbia and location!!

Deepak was awesome. Everyone I have worked with there has been helpful and friendly. He made sure I saw various options of shoes that were appropriate for my needs. This is my new go-to store for my running/walking needs.

Best shopping experience in this store. Good collection of great shoes and super friendly staff. They are very keen to help you get right shoe for your needs and are there to fix anything in case some shoe doesn't agree with you.
I am a long time customer and I go there, whenever I need a new shoe. I don't shop for walking/running shoes anywhere else.

I love going to Road Runner in Columbia! Most recently I went in to get a new pair of shoes and Christian helped me. He was very knowledgeable about the different shoes I was testing out and he was also super patient and kind when I was trying on and testing out the different shoes. He makes coming in a great experience as he’s very welcoming and will share recommendations and ideas! All of the other associates that have helped me on my trips into the Columbia store have also been great! I love coming into Road Runner Columbia! It’s a great experience!

Had an amazing experience here! David helped my wife and I each get a new pair of shoes. We started Orangetheory about 5-6 months ago and have been using cheap shoes from an outlet store and were ready to make the investment in quality shoes.

From the moment we walked in, David made the experience enjoyable by taking the the time to meet with us, learn about our needs, our feet, and even watched us run to help suggest the best shoes for our uniqueness.

I should add that we had our 5 and 7 year old kids with us, who after a long day of school, are prone to being cranky. David helped keep them entertained and happy so that we could make the best decisions on new shoes.

Overall we were very impressed and highly recommend everyone go get a great pair of shoes and an even better customer experience from David and the team at Road Runner Sports!

I visited on a holiday and they were just completely SLAMMED. Only 3-4 employees and tons of customers. The employees were very friendly and working really hard to acknowledge everyone and get to them as soon as possible. I had a foot analysis, custom insoles made, and purchased new shoes. The employee working with me was knowledgable, friendly, and made sure that I was completely taken care of. It was a crazy day and took longer than usual, but overall it was a good experience.

I recently visited the store to shop for some shoes and insoles. And a floor attendant named Heaven helped me with all of my inquiries. She was detailed with her responses and she explained the difference of the shoes to me. And I am grateful for her generosity and great customer service.

This was my first experience here. I was lucky to have Heaven as my consultant. She took her time and was very patient with me. She made several good recommendations and I was pleased with the service and with my purchase. I will be returning.

I’m so glad I went to Road Runner for my jogging shoes. I haven’t run in 10 years, but now that I’m retired, I have 20 pounds to shed. they helped fit shoes that cushion my specific pain points. running feels wonderful again!.

Today was my second time coming in and I got my feet and stance measured which led to discovering imbalances on my left foot vs my right. Angie then helped me select a few shoes that would best fit me based on my stance and measurements which led to me buying New Balance Fresh Foam X Vongo 6 shoes. I hope these will help me with my plantar fasciitis as it felt very comfortable when I walked around with them in the store. Thank you Angie for your great customer service and easy/fast checkout. I recommend this store to everyone!

I went to get my son some new shoes since he is competing on the track season for the first time and I was blown away by the customer support and engagement. Angie assisted us and she completely blew us all away. Her product knowledge, assistance, and sheer good feeling left us feeling like we wont the lottery. My son received the right shoes. He as sized, fitted, and had his insoles adjusted. Just perfect. Absolutely recommend, there is no better choice in the area. 11/10 on price, service, and satisfaction!

I’ve been a client on Road Runner Sports in Elkridge, Maryland for over 12 years now. My experience in that store has always been amazing. Lately, I took my running group for a clinic and shoe fitting. Most of them are first timers training for a half marathon. The experience was fantastic!
