I had a WONDERFUL experience at Best Buy!! I was in and out within 15 minutes for a dishwasher purchase. The selection of dishwashers was plentiful. Also, the service representative was very helpful in guiding me to select the best dishwasher within budget. Service was fast and friendly - and the service representative was very knowledgeable about the features of each dishwasher. He also helped me with taking advantage of available sales and promotions. I was also pleased to speak with another set of customers who shared with me the awesomeness of their shopping experience that day as well.

I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my computer with Mr. Jimmy. He took the time and helped me very kindly in everything I needed. I highly recommend you go and ask for him for a better service.

Ty and Chanel were AMAZING!!! Ty was super helpful I was looking for an adapter in a hurry and I know little to nothing about technology he worked with me asked me the right questions and the best part he did not get frustrated when I answered with the little details I had. Chanel made my day! She helped me price match my item after I asked if it was possible I was on the phone with my bosses because the adapter was for work and she very patiently helped me out and with a GREAT attitude thank you for making my visit at this location so awesome. I would also like to note that as soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help or what I was looking for. Just amazing.

My wife and I routinely go on Sunday before 11am. as drinks are included in the breakfast slot, sodas, tea, and juices. We typically get the made to order omelet and a small portion of sausage or bacon. For two seniors, about $27 here in Maryland.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for exceptional service provided by several of your employees; Michael F, Tim C, Mr Dan, Mikayla, Darren, Elias, and Terry, at the Best Buy storOn the evening of May 9th, I had an outstanding experience that truly exceeded my expectations.
As I was traveling from Northern Virginia, I found myself caught in the notorious rush-hour traffic that plagues the region. Despite my best efforts, I was running late to pick up a card reader that I had ordered. Frustrated, I attempted to call the store multiple times, unaware that the calls would be routed to the corporate call center.
Upon entering the store, I signaled for Mikayla, and she attentively listened to my situation. Instead of turning me away due to the store being closed, she went above and beyond to assist me. Her generosity and warm smile made me forget about my traffic frustrations.
Additionally, Michael and Mr. Dan at the help desk also demonstrated exceptional customer service. Even though I realized I had ordered the wrong item, they tried to look up whether they had the product in stock. Unfortunately, Best Buy didn’t carry what I needed, but their smiles, determination, and patience left a positive impression on me.
Despite not living close to this Best Buy location, I am willing to make the drive to continue shopping there. The outstanding service provided by your team has truly made a lasting impact, and I am grateful for their dedication and professionalism.

I recently stopped into this Best Buy to get sized for and purchase an Oura Ring. Eric helped me out and was one of the kindest and helpful sales people I’ve ever come across. He walked me through the process and ensured that I got exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 experience.

Had an Amazing experience here the customer Service is Superb in this location. All emoyees were knowledgeable about products which was so refreshing and they work as a team. I was greeted and asked what I needed and immediately the greeter called a representative to aid me in my search. I was there 30mins after close and no one treated me like I was holding up their night. I walked away happy about my purchase which was great because I drove an hour and thirty minutes to get there. So I wouldn’t usually rate a Best Buy, but in this case the service was above and beyond. I’d gone in for software and found something similar, taking it up front I met Angel. She proceeded to help me identify they had the actual software I was looking for, the went to the floor to find it for me. Not too often customer service goes to such lengths to be sure the quality and product are right but Angel really did. The rest of the staff were helpful as well but really a shout out to smart staff selection.

Visited Best Buy yesterday to finally upgrade our TV, and Josh was incredibly helpful with our search!

He asked questions to try to find a right TV that fit our needs. He showed us various options from different brands to different price points, demoed all the TVs we were interested in and even did the same for the sound bars! He didn’t pressure us into buying anything, and was very patient with us as we weighed our options.

We came home with both a TV and soundbar that are perfect and working well so far! If you need a TV, ask for Josh!

Great service, good prices for appliances, even beat the prices of sears outlet on open box items. Plus the staff is so helpful, everyone of them walking pass asks if you need help, didn’t feel like they are trying to sell me something, simply answered my questions and left me alone. Clean and organized! 5 star overall!

Excellent sales person, Perry. Very knowledgeable and personable. Fastest I have ever made a decision regarding a kitchen appliance. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them when purchasing a kitchen appliance.

Came to this Best Buy during my lunch break, to buy a 32 inch tv and was hung up on which would the best bang for my buck. I was in a hurry and had roughly 30 minutes to get in and out.. Let me tell you, Delonte (hope I spelled that right) was a huge help! He was very knowledgeable, personable and just exemplified exactly what customer service should be! He helped me pick which TV would be best for what I wanted to do and had me out of there in 15 minutes. Delonte, you rock man! Best Buy needs to give you a raise or promotion! I hope you see this! After visiting four stores, Best Buy in Columbia MD was going to be my last stop in seeking out a juicer. I wasn’t in the small appliance area but 3 minutes when, Eternal (his real name) turned the corner. He asked if I needed help, car keys and water jug still in hand-he clearly just got to work. Eternal was awesome! Not only did he help assist with the perfect juicer for my needs, he was knowledgeable about all the juicers Best Buy had to offer! As we walked to my car with the purchase, Eternal and I spoke briefly about the benefits of the juicer & why I was purchasing a juicer. He placed the box in my car and I thought to myself, “This young man single handed turned my stressed filled morning into knowing everything will be OK & am super excited to use this product!”

This is by far the best location that I have been to so far. It was worth the 50 minute drive to receive such excellent services. The employees Angel and Noah, along with the manager Thomas assisted me with the purchase and pickup of a new OLED tv. Their customer service and care was stellar. They went above and beyond to help make my purchase as easy as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience yesterday. Thank you Bestbuy, I will be back to shop again.
