I’ve visited this store online before and made a purchase online in the past. But this was the first live visit to the store.

So many wonderful designer bags to choose from in exquisite condition. Clothing, shoes and jewelry as well. It’s clear that the staff loves their job and they are people oriented.
Some shops are not as fortunate to have staff who make everyone feel welcome and truly enjoy what they do. That makes a big difference for the customer. But here, all the people I met were all customer oriented.
Not only was James knowledgeable about the bags and their history but they were all friendly and personable.

This review is less about the store and more about the customer service we received from Warren. He was so attentive, so friendly, and so informative. We asked to see a handbag and he showed the one I wanted right away. He was the absolute best and I recommend anyone visiting this location to go see him. He would be the ONLY reason why we’d return. Thank you, Warren!

Had the absolute best experience today! James was so kind and helpful to both me and my Mom. Did not expect to buy anything, but could not resist! This is luxury vintage shopping elevated to the highest level. The selection is incredible, unique and well organized. The prices are very reasonable and there were even some killer Grateful Dead tees!

What really makes this place special is the staff, though. The moment we entered, we were cheerfully greeted by everyone that wasn't with a client. What became immediately clear is they are not only knowledgable, but love what they do.

Aidan read my wife like a book and brought over a fabulous rainbow feather coat for her to try on just for fun - This really set the tone for a wonderful shopping experience. We seriously could have stayed all day.

Best of all, I now know exactly where to shop for the best in luxury vintage.

My family and I went to this store for the first time and it was an awesome experience!! My mom ended up buying a bag and Bianca, the stylist / worker there, was such a doll!!! She helped my mom with her purse and my family felt supported while shopping!! I highly recommend this store and I highly recommend Bianca assisting you while shopping :)

Just happened to stop in when I saw a purse in the window I had to have. Elaine was really nice and attentive. I wasn’t able to buy the purse that day but she worked with me and was able to purchase and ship the purse to my house. I love the care they put into the shipping my purse. Now I only want to buy from Elaine 💗

Wow! I wish I had known about this places ages ago! They have really nice high quality designer bags for a fraction of the retail price. They obviously pay close attention to detail and are very picky about the bags they resell because every one I saw in there was pristine. I purchased a gorgeous leather Hermès Birkin in such excellent condition, I would be surprised if anyone would even be able to tell that it is a pre owned bag. Very happy with my purchase.

Popped in here quickly before leaving for the airport. Nice selection and the woman working that day was super kind and attentive. Will be back once I have more time to shop!
