I went in to see how the tights feel in person because I was looking online. Trisha helped me and she was amazing. She asked all the right questions: what’s my style, purpose, fit, etc...

She gave me 3 options to try on and her feedback on each pair. She explained the differences. I left with two pairs— AND she showed me color options online that weren’t in the store.

I purchased the Fast and Free- Navy- and Wunder Train- Burgundy. They feel really great. They are smooth, lightweight, and slides right on.

Jean at the south lake location was so helpful! It took an hour to find my bf pants & she went out of her way to help him & also helped me find the perfect leggings! I would come back just because of her!

Amazing customer service! The two women that helped me were super friendly and went out of their way to help me find the right product. Although their merchandise is pricey, I’m very impressed with the company’s resolve to replace or repair products with holes. The quality of the leggings is always exceptional.

Store was clean and organized well. Sales associates were polite and personable!

Shout out to JILLIAN for all her help with my daughter who was looking for one of those trendy fanny packs in black (whatever they call them). She wanted to use her own money for good grades and Jillian recognized the "big deal" it was for her and while no inventory was shown, she scanned the store, looked at all the display mannequins, and tried to track one down before helping us attempt to order one online. During Jillian's search my daughter said she wouldn't mind a white one (which Jillian found) and so we ended up purchasing that. She was fantastic and deserves the praises for her great customer service!

Wanted to shout out Sofia for such a great customer service. Sofia went above and beyond educating me, and guiding me through the store. Sofia's product knowledge allowed me to shop and fine all my new favorites.

The staff here seem a little overwhelmed when the store gets busy but they try to help everyone and they are all friendly.

Sierra I believe her name is, and Monica gave such great service! Very helpful and welcoming. The woman at the register with pretty pink/pastel hair and pink glasses was also great. Lululemon is doing a good job trying to be more inclusive, I promised myself I would never buy one more item from them years ago when the president of the company said their clothes were only meant for under size 10 woman. This has all changed! Great job Southlake team!

Holy cow! My first visit to this store was a screaming success! I love these clothes! I am totally out of shape, after 7 children, And I honestly thought it was hopeless for me to ever find workout clothes that made me feel pretty and were comfortable. Well I was wrong, because I'd never been to Lululemon! I mean I honestly feel a little bougie! The customer service was amazing! Like seriously amazing! I had more than one person helping me through the process of figuring out my size. They gave me great suggestions of things to wear! I wish I had gotten her name, but one person in particular just made the process so seamless, which is amazing considering I had my four children, 9 and under with me. I will admit, they are a little pricey. But so far I feel like it's worth it!

My visit was for sneakers. All my questions were answered and recommendations were made. Then success happened and I walked out with a great sneakers.

Pretty good store. Although I never have shopped here before, i was able to find the pants that i was looking for on my own. They were really busy day after Christmas so I understand. Interesting experience. As a former retail manager, it is always interesting to see how store employees treat people whom are new customers.

I believe the employee I’d like to shine light on is named Nessa. Can’t lie, before coming in I was incredibly nervous and had an awful taste in my mouth from how I was treated at a different lulu location. Nessa not only fully acknowledged myself and my kids, but listened attentively to my concern and issue with my leggings I brought in. She handled every concern I had with patience, kindness, helped educate me where needed, and made me 100% aware of all options I had. I really hope she knows she’s doing a wonderful and thorough job! Southlake should be so proud to have her.

Amazing customer service. They've helped hem my pants and also helped with sorting out returns for me. Everyone I encountered was kind and quick to help, but Tara was especially great at helping me figure out what I need.

Southlake is always a very busy location. I thank the staff for their efforts to be efficient during check out. The manager checked stock and found a product I was looking for. I did not catch her name but she had great customer service. Thanks Lululemon!
