AT&T Store

Another representative greeted me immediately as I walked into the store. He quickly paired me up with Kenneth. Ken was very personable and very accommodating. He went through all of my available options and worked with me until 15 minutes past the store closing time. The team there was great.

Ken was absolutely awesome and patient with my wife and I when upgrading both of our phones. Will recommend this store over and over again for the amazing service they give us every time I come in! Thanks again Ken!

Crystal and Crawford were the very best. They made our experience so good. We were laughing and having a good time. I wish everyone was as nice as they were. If you need a phone or internet come see them.

I stopped by the AT&T store. I had walked just 3 steps inside the store whenst, to my surprise, I see a smiling agent approaching me. “Hi, welcome to AT&T. How may I help you?”

Impressive.

So I explained my issue, and he began to assist me. Literally 60 seconds later I was walking out the door. Problem solved.

I had a great experience today at the AT&T store. I was expecting a long wait on Christmas eve but I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I needed to add a line and also get a phone for the new line. The Salesperson did a great job going over all of my possible options. She offered services as well. There was a great deal for iPad also but I kindly declined.

Derrick was very helpful when I upgraded my phone and he installed a new SIM card in my iPad. He is professionally and friendly.

Ken was very helpful when my husband and I came into the store to upgrade our phones and combine our accounts. Will be back in the future.

My service was awesome with Charity and the store manager Nikki very knowledgeable on what service needed to be provided no speed up service very quick on getting information needed to address the customer highly recommended me and my family will continue our services here

My husband needed to swap out his old iPhone 5S. We brought an iPhone 8 from a Verizon user. Kyle was able to unlock the Verizon phone, transfer my husband's apps & data, & get us out within an hour at no charge. Thanks!

Nikki and assistant Charity were so kind and helpful. I wish everyone was like them.

Tyandra was wonderful. She took her time and helped me two days in a row. She was patient and very informative. These days customer service is hard to come by. And, she demonstrated it very well. I am so grateful for her service, time and patience with me.

I did pick IPhone 14 for this only affordable but no trade in. As thought Black Friday in purpose get 50% off since online can not progressing keep rejection or glitch error and what I seen on my email said come grab Black Friday Iphone14 specifically special is same I went inside store.

Got to give Mary at the Columbia Harbison location a 10 out 10 she’s very knowledgeable helpful with my upgrades.

The place to go if you need a new phone. They take care of everything.

i came to this at&t store about a month ago, starting a new line and purchasing a new phone. the rep tresca that i spoke with was phenomenal! she was very persuasive and knowledgeable about the products and plans. she also told me about other services you guys have to offer. unfortunately, we already have those services. very friendly and patient. she recently reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with my device. i really appreciate her dedication and great customer service skills!! 10/10 RECOMMEND ASK FOR TRESCA!!
