i didn’t have to use customer service at all but i got my pin wrapped up super well and it arrived so fast! i really appreciate that they sell stuff from the parks as i left the parks just a couple before the resort christmas pins came out. thanks!

I placed my order for these wonderful ears from your WDW store on Monday. I got them on Thursday, the fastest I’ve ever received any DISney item that I’ve ever ordered. WDW store sent email updates throughout the entire process, when they received the order, when it was shipped, etc. I highly recommend using your WDW Store if you are an avid Disney fan. Keep up the great work, and I’ll be ordering from you again real soon😀😀!!

The store is awesome!! I did an online purchase and before doing so I did a review search. Well like most of us I tend to read the bad reviews first and go from there... Well they responded to all of the negatives personally and tried to fix the problem. So that is a great thing.

As for the item I purchased, it was better than I was hoping for and they shipped it next day AND it got to California in just three days. Definitely a 5 star seller !!

I've purchased from both here and the WDW outlet and I have never had any problems. Most if not all of the bad reviews are caused by the buyers fault. I love the responses to them though and I have had a great time reading them over the years. I guess some people don't put thought into paying extra for someone to go into the parks, look for your item, and then ship it out. They are a wonderful family and this a great business. Thank you for helping deliver the magic of Disney into all of our homes - even the ones so far away :)

Ordered a Chococat plush from here because yeah I could have gone into universal myself but why do that when I have the option to buy it online instead. I save on gas and I save on time. Also they’re very clear on their website and multiple emails how payment, shipping, and cancellation works so I don’t understand why people complain. Maybe learn to read?

I’ve made multiple orders from Your WDW Store and all of my experiences have been awesome! Great prices. Fast shipping. My items arrived well packaged and the fragile items were wrapped perfectly. Customer Service was awesome - I had to call to change a shipping address. I called at 11:30pm expecting to leave a voicemail - nope - they were there working! I highly recommend shopping Your WDW Store if you’re looking for some Disney Magic at great prices!

Wow! What a great shop! I had been searching for a specific item and I couldn't find it anywhere. Then I came across this online shop! It was on backorder and they would kindly email me updates about my order status! Excellent customer service! Shipping was great and I received my item immediately! I love this shop and will certainly be purchasing from them again!

This company and it's partner company WDW outlet shopping are GREAT companies and wonderful to work with. That being said, THEY ARE NOT AMAZON! I think that we are all wanting instant gratification and instant delivery, this is not going to happen with a small company like this one. They don't have a call center in another county answering all of your texts for items that they haven't had for years or to correct some dumb mistake YOU made while checking out. They will get back to you when they are able and will do everything possible to correct your problem. They are a family company, limited employees who are all working their hardest to get merchandise sent out to their customers. They go themselves to the parks and stores and pick and chose the best merchandise for each of us. I have been shopping with them for a while now and have never been disappointed in the items I haves received and the ability to get items that I requested. Yes, shipping is expensive! Once again they are not Amazon Prime. This is not the only company that I have had to decide if the shipping was worth it. You do you! You know if you can afford these items and shipping or not. Stop complaining, if you want Disney merchandise and you aren't coming to the parks, this is a great option for getting your Disney fix. Thanks for all you do WDW store, my children, grandchildren and I love your service!

Your WDW Store is amazing! I have ordered from them twice for Christmas and everything was exactly as described. The items came securely packaged and in a timely fashion. I will definitely be ordering from them again and would highly recommend everyone order from them. The shopper fee is on par with other personal shoppers I have used so don't be scared away by that.

I have worked with this company and family for almost a year now, and I cannot say one bad thing. They work every single day of the week to help people who cannot get to the parks or outlet stores. I don’t worry about receiving my packages because it is very rarely less than a week before my items have been shipped to me, and I have them. Everything is packaged well and with care, and the company works to be sure you are getting the lowest shipping rates possible. I’m very grateful I found them.

I have ordered from them 2 times now and have been very happy with my purchases! The prices are great vs paying those full price! I like in Kansas so it’s not like I can just drive there. The packing they do is great! I have received a box slightly damaged (thanks usps) but the merchandise inside was perfectly fine! They are very nice and responses are quick! And I enjoy the video very much! Y’all hilarious at times! Here’s to many more purchases.

I cannot say enough great things about this business! Everything I have ordered has been wonderful and shipped in a very timely matter. They are also so responsive to questions and very helpful. It is a great resource for both current Disney items and ones from the past.

Loved this store! I messaged them early in the morning for a limited edition magic band in the park and THAT SAME MORNING they hooked me up! I was so happy and it shipped the SAME DAY! QUALITY SERVICE. I can't always go to the parks to get gear so it was really refreshing to have someone able to get my item for me. It came quickly as well. Overall I would recommend this shop to people who want something at the park but cannot make it there. I would use them again for sure in a heartbeat!

Great experiences with this company. Living about 1000 miles away there is no way for my family to get the products from Disney World/Character Warehouse in such a nice and orderly fashion (our outlet up here only carries a few Disneyland pieces...). Great pricing on the Outlet side, and have not had one thing broken or wrongly delivered! Definitely expect more business from us!

Recently placed an order with these folks. There was a small glitch with the order processing software that I reached out to them about and received a return phone call clarifying the situation VERY quickly. All was well. They were very helpful and friendly and I received my order quickly. All of the items were in perfect condition upon arrival. THRILLED to be able to gift some great park items at reasonable prices. Thanks to the Your WDW Outlet store! (I have also ordered from the Your WDW Store in the past and had a good experience).

I had a great shopping experience with my purchase. We were unsure of the size of a pair of earrings, I asked for a photo to be sent with a coin in the shot to be compared to. They didn't have the earrings in stock, but they ordered them and sent me the pic (no money collected from me). The size looked great and I placed the order. They just arrived, my daughter is going to love them! Fast shipping, well packed. And they tossed in a Happy Birthday pin and a keychain for my daughter!
