The bakery manager was so helpful and amazing with our 2 year old daughter birthday cake. This is a 5 star bakery with a 5 star manager. Thank you for our Sesame Street / Elmo cake it was perfect and delicious.

Get ready for any holiday by starting at Publix. This store has a phenomenal bakery and deli department. Well stocked and awesome sales. Download the app for extra savings with digital coupons. I ❤ that they bag your items and always offer to help get the bags into the car.

Publix is the best. Great service, pristine stores, good selection. Easy to get in and out with minimal wait in line. Still treat customers correctly unlike most places these days. Not necessarily cheap but you get what you pay for.

I always have great customer service experiences in this store. Lori in the deli department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me and ensure I got the items I needed. I so appreciated her assistance and care!

Made a Deli order! By mistake I ended up ordering salads instead of Subs (apparently I didn’t add lettuce, I change it to make it a salad)

When I pick up’ I was so confused and upset cause it was not want I ordered ! (But it was)
2 ladies working in the deli area! Noticed my frustration!

Right away they told me “no worries we will make your subs !!”

Hope they both get recognized, great customer service! Even though it was my mistake

I LOVE that Patricia Hall is now here at Champions Gate Publix Bakery. She is a legend in the publix/baking world!
If anyone knows cakes or baked goods it's her!
So happy to have her here closer to me instead of having to go so far to get cakes made by her!

Publix is a supermarket. So you can expect your typical supermarket items and environment. The store is well organized and the staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend that if you’re looking to do some shopping here, Wednesday night into Thursday every week are their deal days. This is when the deals of the week change and they offer some great savings to keep an eye out for.

Went in there yesterday and asked 2 questions about 2 different products and a very helpful guy called Eric lead me to the products immediately in the correct isles and to actually where they where on the shelves.
I couldn’t believe it, now that’s what I call knowledge.

Located modern shopping plaza with a McDonald's and several other businesses. Plenty of parking.

Me and my dad just stopped at Publix. My dad had to use the bathroom and he is 85 years old. The fact that John, short, thin, black young man was so kind and helpful especially when waiting to clean the restrooms. He was everything to me and my dad. His smile and great customer service bright up the room. Well done John!

I just love Publix! I always shop there when I’m in town on vacation. I wished we had some in New Orleans, lol.

Publix is the go to store in so many neighborhoods and I could see why. They have BOGO deals often and the items they have are of quality. Want to get food to go?..they have that too. Quick stop place with self checkout for those in a rush. Best part I find pleasing is that there is always a store employee who is willing to help you find what you need. Worth the trip and giving them more businesses.
