Tijeraz (known as the Doctor) is the absolute best! I’ve always struggled to find someone who could cut and color my hair. As my hair is thick and coarse, it would look choppy, not blended, and color was never match to my expectations. She is talented, diligent and caring. I always feel more confident when leaving her chair. I go to no one else except her now. As I live in another state, I will still only have her cut my hair. I’m beyond happy with my services! If anyone is looking for a new hair stylist, she is the person to see!

They are always nice at ULTA. Unlike the other stores, they don't follow you keep asking if you need help or what you need.
They let you do your own things and if you need help there is always someone available to give you advices.
The customer service is the main reason why I go to ULTA and since I am a full time traveler, I can tell you, I have been in many ulta around the Globe.
I called because the other store didn't have the make up I needed and here, they were nice enough to put it aside for me till I got there and picked up :)

This is my first time to buy makeup for a special occasion for me, so, you can image how much I was hesitant about my look. However, there is a very patient person her name is ALIZE, she is very helpful and nice, also she stayed with me till I was totally convinced with my look. I really appreciate it.

Fabiola did a amazing job with my hair.. I got a color and few highlights in the front. She explained everything really well and did exactly what I wanted. I was very nervous and almost canceled my appt. Glad I didn’t because it was part of my Mother’s Day gift and left happy. Thank you!

First time at this location and the store was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were pretty stocked up on all products and the store is a good size.

What a pleasant experience I had at this specific location. OMG I was helped by the sales Manager " Morgan". She is the sweetest and the cutest and the lovely person I have ever met. She helped me with the product I was looking for. Initially we couldn't find the product but she showed up as super hero and made sure that I leave store with the product I was looking for. She searched for it like a special agent and came back with the product I needed. She explained it to me how I have to use and how she used it so I can have a best advantage of it. Thank you Morgan. You are amazing, your jolly and friendly personality and your customer service will take you one day to own a place of your own. Best wishes for you, MORGAN. ❤🥰❤

Very Organized and clean store great staff members responsible prices

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was well stocked purchased more than what I was shopping for. The only draw back was not Ulta's fault the chick filet caused a traffic problem due to the ridiculous line which poured out into west bound foothill Blvd. My advice use the day creek entrance to access the shopping center.

Tijeraz is efficient and fast. She knows exactly what to do when I sit in her chair. Super friendly. I always leave the salon feeling amazing.

Went in for one small gift, left with quite a few. Kyle helped me find multiple things and made some great recommendations. Then Desiree helped me with my final purchases and suggested a few more great gifts.

Maybe it varies based on some of these reviews, but the late night crew had great service. Will be stopping by again soon. thanks again🙏

I brought my 12yo daughter in and Sam helped us. Sam was so kind and helpful and didn’t treat my daughter any differently than she would’ve an adult customer, which I really appreciated. We were very happy with our experience.

Here from out of town.Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful locating products for me that I couldnt find. They even went in the back to look for more products that weren't on the shelves. Great experience.

It was very nice. The employees and the other customers were very curious to eachother. Everone wearing masks and social distancing. There was almost no waiting at the check out line . If there was more than two people they opened another register. I would go there again.

I get my hair done with a wonderful, beautiful gal named Taryn, whom I've gone to for over 15 years & this was the first time since covid started, & it was a great joy to see her & to do her fantastic job as a beautician, she's just the best!! Taryn was greatly missed & so great to have the store back open also, thank goodness for some normallcy

I believe Mindy is the name of the woman who helped me today, she has beautiful short bright pink hair. Either way, I have to rave because I’ve always needed help matching my foundation and this is the first time I’ve bought makeup since covid so they obviously can’t test it on you anymore unfortunately. But she matched me just by eyeballing it and IM TELLING YOU!!!! I’ve never had a better match in my life! Literally so happy with it and genuinely impressed. Thanks again!

I love Ulta, I literally get everything I need. The store was pretty well stocked and I was able to get in the line pretty quickly.

New ULTA just opened in Victoria Gateway (having moved from Victoria Gardens). The new store is great, spacious, and well laid out. The associates were all friendly and helpful!
