CVS

The employees/managers at this CVS have been phenomenal. I had an order of 150 photo magnets for a funeral service this weekend and they ran out of magnets. The employees were empathetic toward our loss and worked hard to get us the rest of the magnets made in time for the service. They even sent someone to the Gandy location to pick up more magnets for us. We are extremely grateful for their friendliness and customer service. This type of service is unheard of these days. Excellent service. Well stocked. Pharmacist is excellent. My go to place for vaccinations. Very easy to use web experience for scheduling appointments. I have never waited long after check- in - the pharmacists are very prompt and compassionate.

The CVS store at 8809 New Tampa Blvd,is very clean,easy to shop in,and have pleasant staff. Kristine was very friendly and acted professionally

This review is for Ben in the pharmacy, this was my 4th CVS to attempt to get a prescription for my daughter and Ben helped me fill this prescription even without the full amount available. He was patient, caring, and had great communication. Thank you Ben!!!!!!

I had passport photos taken at a different location and when I went to my passport appointment I was told they were bad and did not meet the criteria. I was freaking out seeing as I waited 2months for this appointment. I called this location and David answered the phone. I explained what happened and he was like no worries come right in and we will fix it for you. Sure enough Christine and David were so awesome they retook the pictures explained how I was supposed to get a checklist with the photos which I never did and made sure to put the photos through the system correctly. They literally saved the day and their attitudes were so amazing. In today's climate you find too many workers angry and unhappy and they might retake photos but not be genuinely concerned like Christine and David. I can't thank them enough for how they helped save the day. I've also been to this location before and Christine helped me out when my coupons weren't scanning. She was very helpful and again had great aattitude. Best CVS I've been too because of the great employees.

Got my COVID booster here. I was able to check in earlier than the time I scheduled my appointment for. Staff at the pharmacy was prompt and the nurse administering my shot was compassionate.

I love CVS. The store is clean and self checkout makes it a breeze. I also fill my prescriptions there.

This is my pharmacy! They handle all my medications and they always help if there's an issue. They are great!

Sometimes the wait times are long to get prescription but greatful to have a phamarcy near by
