The UPS Store

I had a great experience at the UPS store yesterday. I had 4 different shipments to be labelled and sent to different locations in the US and Canada.

We were assisted by Ivy, and she was an absolute bliss. Very kind, patient, and very quick and professional. I love meeting people like Ivy who make the world a better place. Despite the fact that she was very helpful, friendly and got the job done, we left the store feeling great and full of energy. Great souls like Ivy shine a light wherever they go! Thank you so much for your kindness yesterday!

I don't write reviews if they're bad because I'd hate to memorialize what could've been just a bad day for someone and my negative words become their stigma, yet I only post up reviews when I've had an over the top spectacular experience as I was given by Ivey at 4441 Six Forks Rd The UPS Store. Ivey is more beautiful inside than her beauty on the outside! Go ahead, go see for yourself and drop by that store to take a look! You will have to agree because I'm describing an IMMENSELY beautiful girl on the inside AND outside! Guys will be mailing packages to themselves once they see she's as beautiful inside as she is on the outside!

There was a nice lady in there, I believe her name was Ivy, she provided me with the most excellent service and answered every question I had <3

Quick in and out, went right around opening time. Returned an Amazon gift with QR code. The girl at the counter was friendly and smiled and knew how to process the return.

Great store! The old managers almost had to shut down, but the new people are so friendly, and they make it so convenient for me to do shipments etc here!

The two UPS representatives were more efficient than eloquent, which made a straight forward service to handle customers as soon as they'd come in. I saw at least 10 customers being helped and served while I was doing my own cycle. One after the other with no added time. I had my own printing and mailing service completed with speed and efficiency. I appreciate that as I didn't have too much time for it. It is very appreciated and I will definitely use this specific UPS Store again.

Have always had a good experience at this UPS store ! Unfortunately, I have seen some customers treat the staff horribly. If you give these nice folks a chance at this UPS store, you will find they do care about their customers. Let’s just all be kind. On another note, if you need printing done Tanya is awesome at making sure print jobs are done professionally .

Ivy was very helpful with my shipments and made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. I will be back!

I have been to several UPS stores around the area and I have to say my experience has been fairly average. I went to this UPS store expecting the same thing, but was very surprised. Geraldine greeted every person in the store and was not only incredibly attentive, but was quickly getting people through the process. All of this with a smile on her face. I even accidentally brought in FEdEx packages (whoops - the competition!). She was able to inform me of where to go and even gave me some packing slips to secure the labels and taped up the boxes to insure safe delivery. I will never go to another ups store as long as I am living in Raleigh. Thank you Geraldine! I can see why you are the manager of this store, and should be an example that UPS uses for managers at all store fronts.

Favorite local UPS store. The staff is VERY helpful and kind. I ship things frequently and therefore go there a lot because even the younger staff members are amazing. I make it a special point to only go there if I can because of their attitude and service.

I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store and the staff that work there. We brought them a real challenge with a 6' 8" antique mounted sailfish. We were really worried there was going to be no way to safely ship it, but store manager Dominique and the rest of the staff were focused on finding a solution and took care of it for us almost like it was any normal shipping request. We will definitely be coming here first in the future for anything we need to ship - no matter how giant or odd.

Had an Amazon return I needed to do here and it didn’t show up for over a week. I checked my receipt, not knowing it wasn’t a tracking #, and it appeared a label had been created but no shipment took place.
When I emailed about it, I had a follow up call within twenty minutes, and the store manager Dominic (sp?) was very helpful explaining the process and why it took a while to be received by Amazon. Turns out what I thought was a tracking for shipment was just a receipt, and it takes a bit for the box to get sent to Amazon. The refund turned up in my account the same day I contacted the store.

I appreciated his patience with my ignorance of the process, and his quick response.

What a great experience I had today at this store , they were kinda busy. Charlie came from out of the back and helped me with my amazon return item. Charlie was very accommodating and very friendly. He helped me through the Amazon return process with flying colors!! We got my return label printed after several different ways of doing it. He was smiling and showing me how to do it from my device. I really think that Charlie is such an asset to your store and the UPS name. Highly recommend coming to this store and I will definitely be doing all of my business here in the future. Keep up the great work and customer service Charlie!!! Thanks for all your help!!

I’m not sure why this location has bad reviews. I come here all the time and usually with annoying complicated things involving printing and packaging and shipping (and with three screaming children in tow) and everyone here is always super helpful and patient and competent. Never had any issues at all. Kendra is particularly sweet. Highly recommend this location

Came to drop off several Amazon packages this morning and Kendra was working by herself. There were several people in line ahead of me but she was working so hard that the wait was very short for the volume of customers she had to manage. Excellent service at this location, especially when she’s working!
