Staff was quick to find a part at another location that was just up the road and had the part pulled and placed on hold. I quickly shot down the road and walked in to the next location, they had my part waiting when I walked in the door. Staff at both locations were top notch. Quality part and competitive pricing. Although I could not get what I needed that day. The gentleman that helped me was very quick to find my account and purchase history to verify my prior purchase (which I did need). When ordering online for work, they are fast to respond and deliver the parts needed. If they do not have them at the Harrison location, they will go to the Beverly 5-lane store to get the parts and promptly deliver them. They are wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking, and easy to find.

The employers are helpful and friendly. I would shop here again.

Came in unsure of exactly what I needed for my exhaust but talked with rick and joe about what I was trying to do I had a part of the exhaust with me and they helped me find the right diameter of pipe I need and ordered my o2 censors for me in like 10 minutes quickest parts trip I’ve made

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was greeted promptly when I entered and did not feel ignored despite them being busy.

Brandon is very respectful, helpful and always ready to help you. My Ford F-250 needed windshield wipers he recommend the best kind for it and put them on for me.

They are very nice and helpful. If I need help with something I would rather go to this store rather then the others.

Customer service could be a little better but some of the workers were very nice

always helpfull and if the wrong part is ordered there by someone incorrectly they will step in and make sure they get it correct and there quick if they dont have it in stock... i have an older truck and parts have to come from japan on most of it
