SEPHORA at Kohl's

I absolutely loved the girl who helped me, I feel bad for no catching her name, she had long red hair and was so sweet, she helped me pick out things for my sister since I wouldn’t know the first thing about make up and was so nice to talk to!

I’ve been to this location twice in the past month and both times I was greeted and helped by Patrick he was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped me find a complete skin care routine, a few other new products for make up, and then also helped me find an spf for my face which I haven’t been able to find one that doesn’t make my face feel sticky for a very long time! I will definitely be back & appreciate how friendly the whole staff at this location is!

Alexia and Mikayla are awesome! They are genuine when you ask for an honest opinion , and are extremely kind and helpful every time i come in. i also look forward to seeing them because they always recommend good deals that are going on. 10/10 on customer service. <3

I heard That patrick was coming to this store and I am so excited! I love sephora but it's so hard to find anyone willing to help. Patrick is always willing to help and they know what they're doing. I'll be looking for Patrick when I come in!

10/10 the girls are so sweet!

One male sales associate and he was busy helping a woman, but I had been standing at the counter with my 3 items and holding my restless 2 year old. He did not greet me or acknowledge me or tell me that he would be with me shortly. Instead he continue with the other woman, and then when he finished with her, he checked her out on the register first even though he saw me standing there for some time! Incredibly bad customer service from this associate. I walked out without buying my 3 expensive items!
I'll take my loyal business to a different sephora branch, thanks.

No customer service, no one asked if I needed any help, or even greeted me as I walked in. It was quite busy due to the VIB sale but that's no excuse for poor customer service. It's one third of the size of an actual Sephora and at least 4 associates were there.

the worst i have ever been. horrible customer service. there is never anything and the staff can never help you.
