Jarrod from The Bed Store in Lenoir City helped us in December of 2023 with the purchase of a new Dream2Firm Mattress. He was very courteous and professional, as well as knowledgeable about all of his products. With his recommendation, we made the perfect purchase at a great value, and we could not be more pleased! In fact, we will be calling Jarrod again in a couple months for one more Dream2Firm Mattress! Thank you Bed Store for a great store manager!!!

Great experience in purchasing a bed. Jarrod demonstrated sound knowledge on helping decide a mattress and base. From purchase to delivery, all was performed smoothly. Bed was delivered a week before what was estimated. Highly recommend The Bed Store.

Jarrod was extremely helpful with what we looking for. He explained pros and cons of all the beds we asked questions about and made sure that we were getting what we needed! It was a great experience in the store. We’ve been shopping around and by far this was the most helpful and least intrusive stop. We were able to ask questions and still talk with each other about what we wanted and what we were comfortable paying.

This store has very good pricing and selections, something for everyone. The bed is the most comfortable one we have owned.
I can't say enough positive words about Doug L. from the first time meeting with him to the end of our selection process. He went above and beyond on helping us decide on the best choice for us. He explained pros and cons of the mattresses we were looking at. Extremely knowledgeable, if I could clone Doug to help with other tasks in life, it would be ideal. We purchased our first bed a month ago and decided to purchase another one for a guest bedroom, we knew right a way who to call. The second purchase was just as phenomenal.

We bought new mattresses today (Tuesday) from Jarrod. The quote he gave us and the quote given to us by Jeremy (who was covering for Jarrod) last Saturday were the very same figures, so we feel confidant in buying from this store. We can't wait to get our mattresses delivered and "get a good night's rest"!

Very clean store. The sales representative was very helpful and listened to me about what I wanted and needed without trying to pressure me into buying something I didn't need or want. He was very polite and helpful with all my requests in purchasing a mattress. Jimmy is the type of salesman that should be in all stores. he listened to my requests and didn't pressure me into purchasing a more expensive item which I don't like from a salesperson. I hope every store has this type of salesman. Thank you Jimmy for being so helpful and informative about my purchase.

Best customer service around! Jarrod was awesome! I asked him every question under the sun in a week long email feed. He never got fusterated. Always very responsive and patient. He went out of his way to find me and my husband a bed to fit us perfectly.

We have been looking for a new mattress and one afternoon just dropped in The Bed Store-Lenoir City location. The manager, Jarrod Webster, was very personable and friendly! He was very knowledgable of the product lines and helped us narrow down our search. We were able to try different pillows they carried. They offer 48 month financing-interest free! So, you can't really go wrong! They also offer a credit you can use toward free merchandise such as sheets, pillows, and mattress covers-- or use it as money off of the mattress purchase price. They even offer free delivery and free haul off of your old mattress! AND our tax dollars stayed in our hometown of Lenoir City! We will definitely return if we ever need to purchase another mattress! Great Service and Great Products!

We had the opportunity to meet an amazing sales person shopping for a mattress. We just moved here and our mattress is 20+ years old and we wanted to get a memory foam , good mattress. We went into the bed store next to the ups and Walmart shopping area and were greeted by a very pleasant young man named Jarrod Webster. He was patient and knowledgeable on all the mattresses and showed us the tempur pedic memory foam that we decided to purchase. We decided to compare at other stores but came back thrilled to work with Jarrod . He guaranteed free delivery and haul away of old mattress and he included lots of perks that made it even more attractive. He would love more Tellico village residents to visit the Strore on 875 hwy 321 Lenior city . We truly recommended visiting his store and enjoying a happy sleep night! Jarrod was awesome. Not pushy. Listened to what we wanted and gave us our options. Temperpedic Cloud Supreme is wonderful. No intention of buying one, but a try and we brought it home. Funny our daughter and son-in-law bought a Temperpedic the next weekend not with any intention to do so. Just try one out. Thanks the Bed Store...good job!

We had a great experience Saturday morning before Memorial Day. We had anticipated hours of going to many stores but with the advice of the manager Jarrod we were finished within 30 minutes. Jarrod easily answered our questions and understood our concerns. Our Memorial Day weekend was free from further shopping.
