Went to Verizon in Lenoir City because my smart watch was over heating. Jackson was incredible. He helped me with getting a new watch under warranty. When the watch came in, Verizon tech support never called to help set the watch up. I went to the store and Max proceeded to do it for me. I would highly recommend this store and these 2 employees.

We had wonderful cell service from a kind soul name Mr. Christian Watts. He went above and beyond to help us find a new phone on Black Friday. Excellent service and a great experience. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

My Verizon sales person, Hunter Shafferman, was excellent and very knowledgeable. He knew right away what was wrong with my old phone and helped me in choosing a new phone. He quickly transferred all my information and got me on my way in record time.

I visited this Cellular Sales/Verizon store a couple of weeks ago to explore my options for replacing my older cellular phone. A sales rep, Matt Mullin, was very helpful. He truly listened to me and was able to provide an excellent solution. I would recommend this location and Matt Mullin for your consideration.

Makz Garner was an outstanding sales rep. My husband and I have had phones and plans for almost 30 years, and Makz has by far been the best representative with which we have dealt. Thanks for great training!

MacKenzie was our customer representative. I cannot put into words how outstandingly knowledgeable he was. His expertise was very apparent. No pressure sales. He got us the devices we were very interested in at a price the competitors offered. We actually switched carriers after a lengthy time due to poor customer service. Excellent experience! I highly recommend them!

This store is amazing, the customer service is great, and the store in general is really good.

Tim, at the Lenoir City location, gave us excellent service. We replaced a phone and upgraded my watch. He explained everything clearly, set up both and even paired the phone with our car. We were very pleased with Tim and the way he helped us out. A pleasure to work with him.

I recently had purchased a galaxy watch 4 classic from a different location and had an internal software issue after 9 days. Had to exchange the watch at the location I purchased it from. Not even 12 hours of having the watch and had issues with the mobile network not activating. Took the watch to the lenoir city location about an hour prior to their closing time and Mr. Chad V. Assisted with fixing my issue and exchanging the watch again. Not only was he very helpful, understanding and wanted to make sure the watch was setup correctly but he stayed passed their closing time to help my issue. I'm am truly grateful for his assistance and making sure everything was working before allowing me to leave the store. 10 out 10 recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Mr. Chad!

I feel the need to rewrite this review. Ben the gentleman I originally purchased my phone from is bending over backwards to make this right. As long as I can deal with him I am great with this store.

My previous review. I rated this a few days ago as excellent and then changed to one star. . I am going to have to wait for the owners response if I can take this phone back, it’s a 13 and 5G, my 11 was so much faster then this phone and the battery was much better. I was told 13 hour battery life. Lucky to get 5 hrs on this new one. I thought I could return this phone in 30 days. PLEASE read the many pages in fine print and don’t take their word it’s returnable, a trade up is not returnable. I wasn’t told that. I was told one thing and the fine print said something else. So very disappointed in this business and the sales folks, we really try to trade local, lesson learned. I will keep you updated and rewrite this if something changes. I have no service with this phone in Lenoir City all the way to Knoxville unless your hooked to WiFi. I definitely want to give the owner of this store time to respond.

Lincoln at Verizon was great! I had a very frustrating day before attempting to upgrade my phone in Athens, TN and called the Lenoir City Verizon and Lincoln answered, he was very helpful. Once I got to the store, all the associates greeted me as I walked in the store, which was very clean and neat. Lincoln helped me get a new phone set-up, taking the time to ask questions and set me up with the best fit phone. The associates at this store talked with everyone that came in the store, they were all helpful and pleasant. I am impressed with how well they worked together. Thank you Lincoln for your help.

Adam Nassar saved our Verizon account and maybe my sanity! I came to Cellular Sales with 3 problems and he solved 4. He was professional, but more importantly he was caring! True Customer Service is hard to come by, but not with Adam! Thank you sir.

I got a new phone at this location and John got me all set up. I was with spectrum and they wanted me to do dishonesty and so I was wanting to switch and I did. Got me the brand new iPhone and everything went smoothly. I had my number ported over and my voicemail didnt switch over and there were able to get that problem fixed. Recommend them to anyone. Definitely a 10 out of a 10. Verizon is the best towers and service

I had an amazing experience for once at this store. Jake was perfect! He did an excellent job. He actually did what he said he was going to do with my upgrade. The rest of the sales agents only talked the talk. Excellent work Jake! Thanks so much!!

The staff at this store is amazing! Shawn went out of his way to get the phone I wanted when my original stopped working. Atmosphere of the store is relaxed and bright and other staff members are very courteous. I would definitely plan to buy my next phone from here.

Great Verizon location, employees definitely went above and beyond to try and help fix our situation. Definitely recommend this store!
