CVS Pharmacy

I recently switched my prescriptions to this location from Grossmont, and it's been amazing! It's like night and day! They are organized, helpful and friendly at this pharmacy! Really pleased overall!

The staff is wonderful. However, since they changed their phone system a few months ago, reaching a real person in the pharmacy has been difficult and very time- consuming, causing a lot of frustration. I’ve been a loyal customer of CVS for years, and have just started having this problem this year. Being on hold for 30 minutes during normal business hours without anyone answering and finally having to give up and try again the next day is not acceptable. Being without your medication is not acceptable. As a professional (just happen to be a Nurse) with a full- time job, I don’t have time for that (I’m sure no one does), and whoever is responsible for their customer service/ relations should address this. I don’t want to take my business elsewhere, but let’s be honest. We all have several options in this neighborhood (Rite- Aid and Walgreens), and if hiring more staff to respond to an increased demand is necessary, it is a worthwhile investment. The staff they do have are clearly doing their best, but they need help.
