Ellington was so helpful. We got a great deal on two phones and a new line and it was exactly what we needed. Nicole helped us get our new cases on our phones. They both had wonderful customer service and we will definitely go back to this T-Mobile store in the future.

The very friendly staff made switching from fiber based Internet to home 5G short and simple. They were knowledgeable and enjoyed some good light hearted humor while I filled out the paperwork. To anyone looking to replace the only two fiber based ISPs in the Ballentine area give TMobile a look.

This review is a few months belated, but I want to send my greatest appreciation to Ellington and Shakinah for their assistance in getting me set up with my Google Pixel 6. I explained to them that a cell phone repair company had permanently damaged the Google Pixel 4a I had paid them to fix. The two of these associates heard my story and understood my needs. They were able to set me up with the Pixel 6 right there on the spot without even having to turn in my old phone or making a down payment. Thank y'all so much for being my lifesavers and helping me maintain my routine!

If you’re looking for a good location for your T-mobile experience, this may be the best one in town. Austin, David, and Jason were all very helpful with our switch from Verizon, and they are experts in nearly all areas of phone knowledge! They offered help even beyond their usual confines, and worked hard to make sure our experience was as seamless as possible (even after getting an ornery SIM card). Definitely come here if you want superb service. These guys need a raise!

We had a big order - switching over from Sprint and buying new phones for all 6 of us. Jason was THE BEST phone rep EVER! He took care of every little detail, was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our monthly cost is cheaper. We were very impressed with his service.
Austin also helped us and knew the latest info on the phones we were considering.

I had the best experience ever Jason the retail store manager is on point he knows how to take care of his customers and there needs. I came in for my Apple Watch, he took care of that and made it happen. I highly recommend coming to the T-Mobile store located next to the Walmart in Ballentine and stop in and see Jason let him take care of your phone needs. You will walk out satisfied with his customer care!

We had a great experience! Our salesperson was Shakirah and she did a fabulous job working out all the details to switch our service to T-Mobile. We would definitely use them again in the future!

These two ladies can literally fix anything in less than two minutes and are always so helpful. Someone please put them in charge of Apple itself lol

Jason Wilson had the best customer service ive ever had.. he had patience of a saint.. He deserves a raise. He was multitasking like it was easy. He had no stress. I Was in the store in Dutch Fork. Ballentine South Carolina. The other team member Austin was amazing too. They work very well together. Jason is a amazing store manager.. i give them 10 stars. Happy Holidays!!!!

Super thankful to upgrade my phone with the assistance of Yasmeen. She was very kind and did a thorough job explaining the process and how everything would transfer from my old phone to the new one. She also was very detail oriented when applying my screen protector and new phone case.

Initially, Aleah gave me enough information to take home so my wife and I could decide if we should switch.(we had been with our cell phone company for over 10 years). Aleah was extremely knowledgeable, and, more important to old people, extremely patient. We decided to go T- Mobile, and when we returned, Jason helped us. Somehow he made what I thought would be a stressful experience into an easy to understand transaction. He anticipated most of my questions, and patiently explained everything I didn't understand. Recently I visited the irmo t mobile store on Dutch fork road columbia sc. the staff including Austin , john and jason were so professional . The were ready at 9:45 am before store hours. Enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable !! They helped me a 75 year old lady with such care and courtesy! They helped me with managing my phone , activating a new one ensuring that I will have great service with T-Mobile and can handle my new apple device. I feel so indebted and appreciative and I pay t mobile full retail price for accessories galore without using Amazon. !!!!

Went to upgrade my phone and was provided great customer service from Detrayal. Got me into the phone I wanted and helped me easily get all my info from my old phone onto the new one. Also he was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Dutch Fork location in Irmo, SC today. Detrayal and Austin addressed and corrected all of my issues. I will always return to that store as the were totally knowledgeable. Both were very friendly !

We moved our corporate account over a year ago. Jason is awesome and the service we get (especially at the store) is night and day from what we were receiving with our prior carrier. Highly recommend.
