New owner is not a business person, wanted to return a product that I had purchased the previous day and she said they have a no return policy for on sale items, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the receipt, the product was not the correct refill for my implement, she said I should have know that it was the correct product,,, rating, 0 out of 5, her personality stinks as well,,, previous owner Chris was the best.
